The gentleman who came to work on my stopped up plumbing was very friendly, got the job done quickly, and charged me much less than I expected. They were also able to make a next-​day appointment, as my plumbing was blocked up. They were flexible — I wasn’t going to make it to my appointment time (because I’d locked my keys in my car), so I called them, and they waited. They sent out a guy within 15 minutes of me getting home. Great customer service, great price!

I have used them on three different occasions and for three different jobs and have been pleased with their work and their prices. I asked someone at Freidman Brothers for a recommendation when I bought a hot water heater there a few years ago. Crane Plumbing was the recommended name. They did a good job on the installation and I was pleased with everything about it, including the price. This was done by the father/​owner, Floyd.
The second time we had a hat water pump circulating system to get faster hot water in remote parts of the house and Floyd’s son, Jeff did a very competent job, taking time to explain how it works, and how to change the time, etc. We were very pleased and the price was right!
The third occasion happened this last weekend. We had a leak somewhere behind a wall and we were desperate and it was a weekend! Yes, as two others here complained, Floyd was a bit slow to respond and did not arrive as soon as we hoped. On the other hand, he very quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and got his son over to our house the next day, Sunday, (on the son’s day off) and they very quickly and cleverly got to the problem spot and replaced the copper pipe that had a pinhole leak and for an unbelievably fair price, especially considering it was a Saturday night and Sunday morning!
I would give them 5 stars except for the not arriving as soon as originally promised. Nevertheless, I will continue to use them.

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. We had a hot water heater installed in June because our well water was smelling very bad. We paid ove $ 1,000. The smell did not leave so we called and asked them to replace the rod in the tank that was supossed to stop the smell. It is now 4 months later and they do not respond to calls or inquiries. Finally after 2 months the owner said he hadn’t gotten back to us because he had «family crisis». It is now 2 moths after «the family crisis» and he still has not taken care of the problem nor has he returned any of our calls. He must be having another «family crisis».

2 ½ hours late to the first appointment and 1 hour late to the second appointment. Did not call in either case. After they finally showed up, they tried to charge a fee to dispose of the old heater which did not appear on the estimate and which he didn’t mention until after the work had started. Use someone else unless you have nothing better to do than wait for a contractor to show up and you don’t mind surprise charges.
