A 36 year resident of the North Bay Area, Kevin is an avid motorcyclist and former motorcycle racer. Kevin and his wife and sons enjoy wakeboarding during the summer, snowboarding during the winter, and hiking the beautiful Northern California trails the year round.

What a great experience. I had a last minute legal issue that came up and Kevin came highly recommended to me. I called his office and his secretary put the call right through to him, which rarely happens w lawyers. Typically you’ll get the third degree from the secretary, told they’re unavailable, then sent to voicemail. Kevin picked up the phone, spoke to me as if we were friends while at the same time detailing the legal ramifications of my situation. Kevin McConnell represented our son in a case for a first time offense, and we can not say enough good things about him. He is both highly professional and personable. He was very prompt in responding to any communication and is very well informed and researched on the law. There was an error made in the charges, which he was able to diplomatically correct and have reduced. He worked with the DA concerning some special circumstances concerning our son as well. Kevin McConnell was my attorney in my most recent case. I have a very extensive criminal history, so of course I was in fear of being railroaded by the court system. While in custody, being represented by Kevin was very comforting. He came to see me and instantly made me feel at ease. In the courtroom he is a beast. Very professional and knowledgable. Fights for you harder than a gladiator at war. He always updated me with details and would go far and beyond the call of duty. I had three prison terms in the past so I thought for sure I was going to get an extensive amount of time. He did a very good job with my case. I ended up with the BEST possible outcome, I was amazed. He has a good relationship and rapport with the District attorney and the judges and makes sense of everything for them.
