Our Non profit just bought a building through Keegan and Coppin in Santa Rosa.
CJ Rico and Dan Martinez were our agents and they were amazing. Surprisingly they made a usually stressful process pretty much non-​stressful. I feel as if we travelled a big journey with them and they patiently guided the process and addressed all our concerns as they arose. They had a lovely mix of professionalism and humour. I have to say i loved working with them and highly recommend them. Thanks CJ and Dan so much for making helping to make our dream come true. Our non profit now has a home. Its really a miracle because WE OWN IT!!!

I had the pleasure of working with John «CJ» Rico and Dan Martinez recently on a commercial sale transaction where they represented the buyer. From the very beginning I was impressed with their professionalism. As the transaction progressed I was equally impressed with their great communication skills. Throughout the process the buyer and seller were very well aware of the the current situation and were able to cooperate with each other making this a very smooth escrow.
