Wow really?! Called to book a cab, immediately called back to cancel THREE times! A woman called me 40 minutes later (quoted arrival time was 10 minutes) I saw an unknown number and looked outside to see headlights, I answered, tried to explain I had called several times before. SHE CUT ME OFF YELLING THAT I HAD WASTED HER TIME AND HER DRIVERS TIME!!! then hung up on me.
I called back, asked her name, she gruffly responded demanding my name, which I gave her and explained my situation, and she said «FUCK OFF» and hung up on me. This girl obviously needs therapy.
Just pass these psychos up. Its ran out of a tweeker garbage anyway!

Super nice company. Asked for a special pick up request and the owner went out of his way to accommodate it. Cab arrived promptly on time, was clean and the driver professional and friendly. Will definitely use Riley when I’m needing a taxi in Lake County. A+++
