I went in here looking for a new black blazer. They did not carry any however the girls at the counter were so very helpful in directing me to where they thought I should go. They spent time brainstorming with each other and came up with some great ideas. I really appreciated that since the other stores around there didn’t offer any other ideas only told me they didn’t have what I needed. I will go back just to shop around when I have time.

Love your store and products. About 75% of my clothes and shoes are JJill; however, the store doesn’t carry everything so I often shop on-​line. You have lost a customer! I have tried to shop on-​line for the past 24 hours and have been unable to check out. I have tried several times. PLEASE FIX THIS! I have shopped, instead, at Lands End and Zappos with no problems checking out.

Their clothes certainly look cute in the catalog. I have bought several items there. The fabric is cheap and garments not that well made. Have a «made in China» quality about them. Bringing things back. Will avoid them in future.

I adored going to the JJILL store that was near my home in Chicago. I was always treated with kindness there. However, this store in Santa Rosa, treats me as if I am about to shop lift. I am always looked «up and down» by the staff. One sales person after the other will constantly come up to me asking if I need help while curling their lip up at me. Maybe I’d purchase many items if they would let me shop in peace. Until then, I guess I need to order from the JJILL catalog instead.

Have you been to J. Jill? oh my gosh! the clothes are so cute and comfortable! Don’t think that if you are younger you won’t find anything there… It isn’t JUST for ladies my age! I have heard this argument from my 25 year old daughter, but she hasn’t been there recently. Hey if nothing else, younger gals should look at the jewelery and the other accessories, the camisoles etc. For the rest, The clothes wear like Iron, that is to say they last forever and keep their shape and color. They have great sales, The staff is very friendly, the service is what it should be! I love this store!
