Owner and operator Kyle Lewis got his start in carpet cleaning in 2002 working for a local janitorial business cleaning carpets in the evenings. After realizing his potential in the industry he decided to start Extraction Plus Carpet & Upholstery Care.

Kyle and one of his helpers cleaned our sofa, love seat, a 6×8 carpet, and two bar stools. We’ve had these items cleaned before, but never so thoroughly and well. He was able to remove stains from the bar stools that I really didn’t think would come out. His price was very reasonable. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly and steadily until the jobs were done. We will definitely use him again; and happily refer his services to friends and family. He did an amazing job.

Kyle did an amazing job on my carpet. I honestly didn’t think some of the stains would come up, but when he was finished they all came up and the carpet looks brand new! He’s a really cool down to earth humble dude and he takes his work seriously and works really hard. He did an excellent job and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

Kyle did my carpets yesterday and did a really thorough job – and got through 2 young kids and 3 dogs worth of wear and tear. It’s the care he puts into his work that sets him apart. He was even willing to reschedule a «guys weekend» to meet my tight timeline. Thankfully, he was able to do both and I am grateful for his help. Kyle was awesome today. He came through and really put in the extra time it took to get the though pet stains that have been there through many other cleaners work. Because of our dog, I get our carpets cleaned every four or five months. When she was a puppy, she made a lot of «mistakes» and every time I got the carpet cleaned, I believed those stains were pulled up. Every time, a few weeks later, the stains would reveal themselves again. I believe Kyle actually did what the others said they were doing and, over a year after those original «mistakes» we’re made, those stains are finally out and I feel like I live I a place of which I can feel proud. Thanks Kyle!

I have used the same cleaning company for several years. Unfortunately they no longer come to Santa Rosa. I contacted Kyle based on the Unilocal reviews. As everyone has said, he’s great. Kyle really took his time and did a great job. I have a white wool carpet it looks like new. I now have a great new carpet cleaner in Kyle. I hope for many years to come. I highly recommend Extraction plus!

Yesterday Kyle cleaned my carpet for the first time, and in the 30-​some years that I’ve had this carpet, he did the most thorough job ever, and I payed 40% less than what I had been paying.
First he sprayed the areas of stains and soiling and rubbed it in by hand, until the spots vanished. Then he scrubbed the entire carpet with a detergent. And then, with a steam extraction of everything. And finished by «grooming» the entire carpet with a special rake which left the carpet pile up, quicker to dry and looking beautiful. No need for me to vacuum when dry.
He did it the way I would have done it, if I knew what I was doing, and had all the equipment. Now that’s what I appreciate! He also cleaned a car seat that had a good soaking of coffee. I’m totally satisfied and motivated to do thorough de-​cluttering and cleaning of my house. Thank you, Kyle! See you next year.

Kyle did a great job cleaning our carpet. We had very soiled areas from shoes in front of two chairs which a previous cleaning company could not remove, but Kyle got out the dirt and rejuvenated the carpet so it looks almost new. Big improvement.
Kyle was also fair in pricing. He had quoted a price via email based on my estimate of the size of the carpet. When he came out he measured the room himself and found it a bit smaller than I’d told him and he lowered the price. We appreciated his honesty.
This was the first time we’d used Extraction Plus. Based on this great expereince we’ll use again and recommend to others.

Kyle did a fanatastic job on my carpets which started out in really bad shape. I had two other companies come by — Stanley Steemer and North Coast — and asked all 3 of them to show me a sample of their work. Stanley only «lightened» the dirty areas. North Coast’s sample was a little better, but still not completely clean and no promises were made about spots. They told me their work would take 45 minutes to an hour to do the 5 rooms plus a hallway.
Kyle came in and when I saw his demo I knew he was doing something completely different. Kyle provides carpet RESTORATION. So if you have a really dirty carpet he is the guy to call. I accepted his bid (yes, it was higher than the others) and hoped forthe best. Well, I got it. Kyle spent over 7 hours on my carpets and brought them back to beautiful. He even came back a day later to fix a small spot that needed a little more work.
He really saved me the cost of buying new carpets so even though his price was higher, the value he provided was well worth it. If your carpets just need a light cleaning you may want to go with another firm, but if you really have dirty carpets that need to be restored, I highly recommend you call Kyle at Extraction Plus.
And oh yes, he showed up on time and was considerate about scheduling including calling when he was on his way. Nice guy.

So refreshing to get such thorough, competent & personal service, especially when I had so many questions about the carpets & concerns about the chemicals used to clean them. I like knowing how the different agents work & Kyle took the time to explain it all & worked with me to come up with the best approach to the kind of cleaning I wanted. I always call Kyle to clean my carpet cuz he is professional and reasonable price.
I tried so many different companies but they were usually too expensive or none professional.
Kyle takes time to detail to clean. Not like other company just come and go!
I only call him once a year. sorry kyle!

I called Kyle in the winter after discovering a huge damp mold stain in my bedroom. He was able to come out the very next day for me. He was very thorough. I didnt think he would be able to get the horrible mold stain out, but he did, plus he cleaned, treated and dried it so no more mold would come back! Also, way cheaper then I expected! Thanks Kyle!
