History

Established in 1983.

The business has been successfully operating in Sonoma County since 1983 as Dry Carpet Cleaning. Dan Jones purchased Classic Carpet Care owned and operated by Herb Bigley, who retired in 1997 and took the name Advanced Dry Carpet Care. Dan is a Certified Carpet Cleaner through the Host Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaners Academy. Dan operated out of a College Ave. address in Santa Rosa.

In 2012, Dave Weidlich became the new owner and operator and moved the business to Petaluma. We still serve the Santa Rosa and Sonoma County area as well as Novato and North Marin County.

Our All-​Natural cleaning solutions are SAFE for people with allergies and asthma. Our Host system is organic — plant-​based. We improve your home environment without harming our external environment. But, don’t think we’re weak. Our methods are the best ways to clean carpet, area rugs, upholstery, tile and grout.

Business Owner

Dave Weidlich is a Certified Carpet Cleaner through the Host Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaners Academy. He specializes in green and dry carpet cleaning and very low moisture cleaning (VLM) for carpet, Oriental rugs, natural fiber area rugs (sisal, jute, wool, cotton, seagrass) as well synthetic fiber area rugs. Dave only uses allergy-​free, all natural cleaning chemicals and 90% less water than competitors. The same values go into furniture/​upholstery cleaning and tile and grout cleaning.

He carefully selects his co-​workers and carries general liability insurance.

Dave became the owner of Advanced Dry Carpet Care June 2012, when the previous owner, Dan Jones, retired.

Dave is also pastor of The Vine Church of Petaluma.
