Established in 2010.

I spent thirty-​two years helping people and businesses go to court to solve conflicts. Over that time, I came to see that the cases I had to try cost my clients time, money, and high stress — win or lose. On the other hand, cases that settled on the eve of trial were almost as expensive, almost as stressful. By far, most of my cases settled in mediation — and nearly every party left the mediation contented and even pleased with the settlement. The difference? Those who mediated their cases took control of the decision-​making. Those who chose to go to the mat and try their cases — or settled on the courthouse steps — were exhausted in energy and pocketbook.
