I have had laser skin tightening treatments and some botox and fillers here. the skin tightening worked really well on some problem areas of my face and neck, so well I wish I had had it done before spending money on the fillers for my jowl area. I would repeat the skin tightening there instead. I’ve had botox for my frown lines twice, and it has been very successful. The fillers for my lower face were great, but temporary, and as it turned out, the skin tightening in the same area was more successful. I love the staff here– all so sweet and caring.

American Laser has a staff that really works with your treatment desires and your schedule. Make appointments early and ask the knowledgable staff about any treatments that you may be interested. Great Customer Service-​I travel a ways to get here and it is worth it. Thanks ladies, my Body Image is improving as we speak!

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars. I am so disappointed with the seemingly very sweet ladies at this office.
6 months ago, I was approved for $ 3000 credit here. I had hoped to get a number of procedures and was very excited about it. However, due to a busy work schedule, I wasn’t able to come in and receive any. I continued to pay my $ 100 per month, as agreed. About a couple months into this, a friend invited me to American Laser to have a ‘demo party’. What this consisted of was snacks, champagne, and a free service. Who could refuse? So, I went and recieved my very first and only treatment, a skin tightening (of which, btw, I noticed no results) Shortly after this treatment, I became pregnant. Since I cannot receive treatment while I’m pregnant, I asked that my account be frozen. I told them that I was more than willing to keep what I had already paid as credit for future services, but to continue paying the rest of the $ 2500 just didn’t make sense. I wouldn’t be able to use the services for at least another year, and my sudden new expenses take priority over hairless lower legs. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that, of course, that would be fine, that they would freeze my account, I wouldn’t owe any more, and the balance I had already paid would be saved in the system for future use. Fabulous. Done deal… Wrong! 2 months later, I’m needing to move, and I notice my credit score has changed DRASTICALLY. Now, I find myself battling with a collections agency. Apparently, their pardon of my debt was only lip service. Very sweet, ladies. It has now been 3 months of battle. The ladies here claim that because I have already recieved service, they cannot (will not) reverse my charges. Even though the service I received was a free demo. Hm…
Bottom line, this is a heartless way to treat people. Especially a new mom. These women are very sweet to your face, but wow. The lack of empathy and compassion is appaling. And the bold claim to the bank and collection agency, despite my requests and pleading, that I have ‘already recieved service’ is, as far as I’m concerned, a flat out lie.
So, I cannot attest to the services here, because despite what they might say, I haven’t really received any. However, I STRONGLY urge you not to sign ANY contract with these people. They are crooks. Would love to buy a car seat, but… Thanks ladies!

Great people here! Having wonderful results with my lazer hair removal and it’s only been two times! Everyone is so helpful and friendly!

The staff was so friendly when I went in to ask about Laser Hair Removal! Danielle was so knowledgable and welcoming when I told her all of my silly concerns! I’m loving the results and my next treat for myself, will definitely be in the lips Dept. and I know I will be in good hands with Dr. Lisa!

Very bad experience. I had a similar event as Kent…“the person that signed you up was inexperienced and not here anymore” so she must have told you the wrong information. 2 years later 3k less my hair reduction was minimal. So they offer me 3 additional treatments like that is going to do any help. Apparently they filed bankruptcy so when I tried to get any portion of my money returned it was impossible. I question the whole operation. Definitely was not happy with the way everything turned out.

While not in a position to review the efficacy of their medical treatments, I can certainly give you first hand information that suggests their business practices are questionable.
On September 19^th, I visited their clinic for the first time and was evaluated to have a laser treatment done on my face. At the time, I was told that I had to pay up front before the treatment appointment could be made – so I placed the charge on my credit card. Then when I went today to have the treatment done, the therapist immediately informed me that the person making the appointment was new and didn’t realize that anyone with a tan (I’m a swimmer) could not get the treatment done until the tan was faded (4 to 6 weeks from now). So I asked for my credit card to be credited for the amount since I should never have been charged for a treatment I couldn’t possibly get for many weeks in the future. But I was told that company policy prohibited normal credit card reimbursement, but I’d have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the charges to be processed by their corporate office. What a bad business decision.

So not happy with any of the Juvaderm injectible treatments I had here .
First of all my chin was numb for almost a month because a nerve had been struck –guess I should consider myself lucky that the feeling ever returned at all !
If you have thousands to spend on maintenance and are terrified of plastic surgery then go ahead — but as far as I’m concerned the $ 1,700 for a preliminary treatment was a total waste. Money thrown to the wind as it were.
Being given an easy loan is sometimes not in your best interest .
Highly recommend just getting a consult and then thinking it over for a month — don’t get pushed into anything.

I was getting laser hair removal here for almost year with barley any result. I ended up getting pregnant and was unable to finish my treatments. When I returned they had revived a new laser machine. I’ve gotten two treatments and 90% of my hair is gone :) woo hoo, I’m so happy. I love the nurses and the new laser!

I did the laser treatments for rosacea. Seriously at 50 my skin was turning so red it was almost a purplish hue even though I had been under a dermatologist care for years. The Oracea gel wasn’t doing it.
After my laser treatments my skin is no longer an icky red and clearer than it has been in years. I loved the nurses and normally saw Rachelle who is very sweet. The treatments weren’t pain free (which I wasn’t crazy about), but the results were worth it). I would recommend it to anyone thinking about this treatment. Paying was pretty painless because they offer interest free financing if you have good credit for a year or more (depending on how much you spend).

I had major trepidations over laser, but office manager Amy eased my mind with her outgoing personality, and how open she was with information. I had a quote from another med-​spa for considerably less, so after our initial meeting, I actually booked my appointments elsewhere. Out of the blue, she called me back with their summer special, which included 60% off laser treatments, which actually made her deal a better price than the place I left her for!
On my first treatment, we did paperwork, signed away the life of my firstborn child whenever I have one, and was introduced to the laser wielding nurse Tina, who was very nice. She went over the procedure, did test patches, and although painful, the laser was not as bad as I had anticipated. I’m curious to see how the outcome will be, after 10 sessions. Will re-​review then! So far, so good!

The vela shape didn’t do anything for me it was a waste of money. I started getting chemical peels about 2 months before my wedding and I had to cancel my last appointment because my face was so broken out the whole time I was getting them as soon as I stopped getting them my face cleared up. I also have been doing the hair removal for about a year now I have fair skin and blonde hair. I have had some hair reduction but I wouldn’t do it again I don’t think it is worth the money.

I love what the staff at American Laser has done for my skin, and my self esteem. Excellent results! And such great, friendly people. Their skin care products are the best I’ve ever used, and reasonably priced. I look forward to my treatments!
