I bought my dad a gift certificate to get his 2004 GMC Sierra completely detailed. It’s an older truck but still in very good condition. We were expecting it to come out looking new. The black paint had faded to a dull black. Now it shines like it did 10 years ago. My dad mentions the truck now every time I talk to him and no longer allows his dog in his truck. He also plans on getting the truck done once a year to keep it in good shape. Thank you Advanced auto!

I just got my 2008 Mustang GT done at Advanced Auto Detail. These guys are top notch! I dealt directly with Bob who was obviously passionate about delivering the best detail and customer service experience possible. I can’t believe how good my car looks! The engine compartment looks like it just came off the line, the interior is fresh and clean, and the exterior is flawless. They had the car ready for pick up as promised and I never felt pressured or over sold. I strongly recommend Advanced Auto Detailing for any level of service you need. These Guys are simply the best!

Wow. I can’t say enough about these guys. The work was done efficiently and at the price quoted, without any last minute add-​ons. But the important thing was the amazing work they did. Mine was a 2008 Hylander that’s been used as a farm car for the last 5 years. Dogs, equipment, soil, you name it. They did a full treatment: eliminating the dog hair, returning the leather seats to as new as you can get condition and buffed my hazy headlight covers to a shine. My biggest comment is that there were a number of scrapes and evidence of other «hit and run» dings on the car. It was getting so funky, I was actually considering body work. They (don’t ask me how), got rid of everything but the stuff that actually would take body work. I’m completely blown away. No, it wasn’t inexpensive, but considering the body work I was considering and renewing the leather seats, it was a bargain at any price! Plus the service was so very friendly. Do yourself a favor and go there. Now. Why aren’t you gone yet?!

Bought a used Dodge Ram 2500 that had air fresheners it it that smelled like wet Skittles. Brought the truck to Advanced Auto Detailing and Bob Beaman was awesome. He took the time to explain to me exactly what they were going to do to try and get the smell out. He kept the truck for a few days and while there is still a slight smell, I could not be happier. Plus, the truck was returned immaculate. Great service deserves 5 stars.

When I take my car to get it detailed… that’s what I expect… that every detail is cleaned… that’s what I get at Advanced! This business must use toothbrushes because every nook of my car was cleaned. I’m over going to a car wash and coming out with spots and scratches and my wheels will never be really clean. Take it to Advanced and they will take good care of the details, buff out the scratches and actually make the wheels really clean. Also scheduling was a breeze. They got me right in and I was able to get my car back just a few hours later. This is the only place I will go for a detail job.

I took my wake boarding boat to these guys for a much needed detail. They scrubbed the hell out of it and made the vinyl bright white again. Honestly, I didn’t think they would be able to get all of the mold from a failed winterizing out. the price was totally fair and I will us these guys again. They must do good with cars too. There was a lot of cars there when I dropped off my boat so I’m sure they’re doing good auto detailing also.

They did a great job on my truck. Also provided transportation to and from my house. I will return.

I really like the folks at this place. First and foremost, Bob knows a lot about car washing, much more than you’d think there was to know about. Second, they have straightforward pricing, and if you want the best detail you can get this is the place. If you need a particular thing done, they will tell you, and if you don’t want it then that’s fine too. Currently i think they are open 6 days a week, just to say there is a lot of cars/​people using the place. I always get a good wash there, and they do a free courtesy vacuum, clean the windows, and i never have to worry about a machine doing something nasty to my car. Nice Place, great car wash.

I have a vw passat which I recently bought. The previous owner smoked a lot in the car, I imagine with the windows up too. Advanced recommended their ozone and full detail as the best option for getting rid of the smell. Bob told me to come back if the smell came back. When it did he ran the treatment again no questions asked. Bob has been great through the process… I’m sure there are plenty of shops who would charge me again but Bob really wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service and I appreciate that.

Got my headlights done here a yr ago and started oxidizing again. Bob made sure it got redone and at no charge! That just shows that they stand behind their work. This place is great!

Shelby and the guys have detailed two cars for us. Both times they have done an exceptional job! If you need a car detailed beautifully take it here!

I brought my 06 STi to Advanced some weeks ago and had them do their full clean, wax, polish etc package and left it there for the day. My main objective was to get the car, in those hard to spot places, cleaned of residue, dust etc to prevent rust as the car is now 6 years old and it is seriously time to get it done.
That involved power washing but not removing trim and digging around generally, finicky stuff.
Well they did a really great job. I told them to spend another 100.00 above the normal package on extra stuff if they encountered things that needed doing, and they went well above and beyond what I was expecting. Multiple scratches removed that I thought were there for good, windshield work done, all sorts of extras that I was amazed could be done for the extra money. A lot of stuff I am just beginning to to notice as I did not pay attention at first, but now I am realizing things have been fixed !
They went through the interior also and cleaned and shampooed everything, takes overnight to dry completely but well worth it if your thinking of it. You know its clean when you get it, no doubt about it.
The car instantly lost 6 years off its age :-)
Now the good stuff. The car rental company I used in Santa Rosa (Enterprise) assured me I could leave the rental car outside their office when the day was over but no dice. They had filled the outside parks, with empty slots in their locked car park, and I could not leave the car anywhere. Their customer service could offer no useful help and I was done. Well, advanced took my rental car and parked it until the Monday in their body shop and returned it to Enterprise. Enterprise suck and Advanced rock. They solved a problem for me that was not theirs to solve and they did it flawlessly by returning a brand new rental car back to the office when it opened again nothing wrong.
Now I like my car and I am looking for one thing when I have someone do something to it, and that is being able to TRUST them and these guys you can TRUST.
It’s been a while until I could get around to writing this and give credit where it is due but thanks guys.

Advanced did an amazing job cleaning my truck inside and out! It was a disaster before, the last time it was cleaned was 4years ago when we bought it. They made it look brand new again! They were super fair priced as well, especially for the size of my truck. Friendly staff Jesse made sure he was there before they opened to accommodate work schedule., I will definitely be back. (and sooner then another 4 years)

I’ve been taking my 2000 BMW here for several years and now my new Toyota Highlander. I was always complimented by others on how new my 10-​yr old BMW looked! Thanks to Advanced Auto Detailing for keeping it looking so new!
The location is convenient. The appointments are reliable. And the service has always been friendly. My new Highlander was «sickness» prone, ie, I had one child get sick, and twice my dog got sick in the car. All three times, Jesse promptly called me back, scheduled me in for an urgent detail, and gave the car back to me in pristine condition. You would never know that anything bad had happened. The car was showroom clean and shiny. Inside was perfect!
I would highly recommend them for any quick or thorough job…

Apparently someone at Advanced Auto didn’t like what I had to say. If you do a crappy job you get crappy reviews. Yes Unilocal let’s you get rid of some… which is probably why there aren’t more negative ones… It’s funny the compliment I received from them is below. Why would I bring my car in 2 years later? Especially to somewhere that f*cked it up in the first place?

AN AMAZING WELL DONE JOB!!! WOOHOO! AS GOOD AS IT GETS!
I was very satisfied with the job they did on my SUV. Some white guy and a Mexican name Alexandro did my car and WOW!!! The attention to detail was amazing. My SUV was a war zone I was a travel nurse with three dogs and the car was disgusting. It just got out of control dog hair was everywhere — I mean everywhere. Not anymore! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I have incredibly high expectations and they met them. My hat is off to this business.
I was incredibly satisfied with the job and will definitely be back.

I was torn between giving this business two or three stars, but if I considered what grade I would give instead, I would give it a C, thus the 3-​star rating. I took my car in recently to have it detailed, inside and out, so I could put it up for sale. First, the positives:
The man I dealt with (I think he is one of the owners) was very courteous and professional at all times. He returned my calls promptly. The small inside waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was charged the quoted fee for the services I selected.
The negatives:
I dropped off my car at 8:30 a.m. I was told the process would take a few hours. By 12:30, I called to check the status and it still wasn’t done. By 1:00, I had to have the car, so I went to get it. They rinsed it off and I took it home — it was embarrassing to have to drive a dirty car the rest of the week-​end. The car was finished up on Monday — but it took over 5 more hours.
When I discussed what I wanted done, I specifically mentioned the interior windows needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Maybe I shouldn’t have done that — because every single interior window was streaky when I got the car back.
There was wax residue all over the exterior of the car, as if the polishing had been done in a rush and with little attention to detail. I had to go over the car myself with a cloth to remove the excess. The floor mats were returned wet. I paid for a professional detailing, but all I got was a $ 40 wash and wax.

I had my car detailed a few weeks ago and am EXTREMELY happy with how it came back to me. And yes, that’s right, it got picked up and delivered back to me within just a few hours!
The car was so shiny and perfect on the outside — it looked brand new — I didn’t think my car could ever look so perfect ever again. Everything on the car was immaculate. The inside was so clean — I checked around to make sure they got all the places that other car places always miss — and I couldn’t find a single place that had any dirt! They did an absolutely amazing job.
I will take my car here from now on. I have no doubt about the quality of their work.
I had interactions with both the General Manager and the Owner and found them both to be very pleasant and perfectly business like.
Overall I am 100% happy with my experience and highly recommend them!

On my first visit I took my new Rabbit in for a full interior/​exterior detail, after a week on the playa at Burning Man.
