The Law Office of Stan Stern

Stan Stern was recommended to me after I had a rather nasty fall in a darkened public venue. He has handled the case in a very professional and friendly manner. The case has been referred to a trial attorney and I hope to receive a settlement soon. I would certainly recommend Mr. Stern to anyone with a similar problem.

Stan Stern is a caring and conscientious attorney who produces excellent results. His kind nature, combined with his tenacity in court is the perfect combination for a client who desires a great outcome while represented by a pleasant person. Where to begin? Honestly… And without malice. Stan Stern is a piece of shit. I wouldn’t recommend him to my own arch nemesis. And while this may seem harsh, the reality is that I was his former client; whom stayed loyal to him for 1.5 years, while I recuperated from injuries of a near fatal car accident. Stan is a horrible communicator, that has a lot Machiavellian, and calculating qualities. I wholeheartedly trusted this man, even after he signed off on two loans; from a lawsuit loan company; and left me high and dry without so much as an explanation for his decision or actions. I was extremely hurt (yes, I’ll admit) but ultimately, from a professional stand-​point; he failed me and my case as I only have 4 months left from my official day, that the statue of limitations runs out. To those that don’t grasp how dangerous this is, well… I’ll explain this way, you only get two years from your day of your accident to sue the person that struck you, but… I’m still in the midst of my medical evaluation and not all of my medical problems have been diagnosed. Leaving me to scramble for new attorneys to try and salvage my case; and ultimately signaling off to the insurance company, in this poker game of a case; that my case is weak. The emotional, psychological (much less, financial damages) is incalculable. I DO NOT advice you or anyone else associated with you, to take this man as an attorney. He’s only in it for the money and could less about your permanent, physical (or psychological) injuries. He’s a classic personal injury lawyer in the worst sense possible, and is only in it purely for the dough. He could care less about you, so please don’t be fooled by his so-​called pretend caring or his slick talk. He’s a shark, pure and simple !!! Period !!!

Stan has made himself available to me and given me great advice and prevented serious issues!

Stan Stern is a fine Lawyer who I recommend highly.
