History

Established in 2009.

I’ve been doing bodywork including deep tissue and myofascial massage since 2005.

I did Upledger Institute in Craniosacral therapy, a light-​touch bodywork that releases old patterns of trauma and stress from the body and puts you in a deeply relaxed state. Its the «Reset» button for the nervous system. Memories, ideas, colors, and living dreams appear, and we become more of who we are as we shed old ways. Head, neck, face, sacral, and psyche issues are addressed.

Graduated from Emperor’s College in Oriental Medicine in 2009 and use acupuncture to amplify sessions.

Visionary energy healing is also part of a session as we integrate parts of your being into wholeness. I’ve been an energy seer since childhood.

Its important to have a healthy body to support an ever growing consciousness, and detox is vitally important for us city dwellers! Heavy metals and radiation are only some of the pollutants we face, and I offer an earth based Quantum Mud Detox. Highly effective!
