My husband and I used Mike and Bobbie to buy two condos in Westwood over 2 years. They were great!!! They compliment each other very well and have great advice when viewing the property. They also live and own properties on the westside so they understand the area and know when something is a good buy. They also own investment property so they provided wonderful advice on what renters are looking for, where they want to live, etc. We would use them again down the road.

Mike and Bobbie and all at Mike Ron Properties are simply the best real estate agents on the west side! I purchased a house in November with Mike as my buyers agent and know from experience that he will help you from start to finish with all you real estate needs — no hard sell, no impatience and nothing is too much trouble for him! Am proud to say that Mike has become a good friend and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good old fashioned and honest realtor to help them either buy or sell a property in Santa Monica or on the west side of Los Angeles, CA.

We had had our home on the market for several months when we decided we needed a change. Mike and Bobbie stepped in and gave us immediate peace of mind, and a tremendous amount of help in getting our listing back on track. They were beyond helpful, and as professional as we could have ever asked. They also continually went the extra mile, in meeting our needs or those of potential buyers.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are thinking of selling your home or buying one. avoid the slick operators out there and go with the genuine and honest people that Mike and Bobbie are.
With all the honesty in my heart, they did a magnificent job for us.

I should’ve found an agent with more than one review… so I take part of the blame on this one.
Called and Mike Ron answered the phone, I let him know that I was heading to socal the following week and asked if he is able to assist with finding a rental in santa monica, and he assured me that he could. Gave him the specifics and asked him to let me know if there’s any way I could contribute to the search (any local websites for me to check out while he’s doing his thing too).
He said to just email him my contact info and he would get back to me w/​listings. A little over a week now since our talk and no email from him yet. Called and left a message, but no return call.
Either the first review was an «inside job» or Mike Ron just really dropped the ball on this one.

Honest and hard working.
Bobbie and Judy were able to sell our house as a pocket listing after another «expert» agent put us through the ringer with countless open houses that yielded low offers and buyers who fell out of escrow at the eleventh hour. They matched us with a buyer, assisted them with financing and helped us purchase another home in our target area and well within our price range. They are professional, compassionate and trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful women.
