Maxwell started Mack PMC in 2013 because he saw a major need for apartment owners to receive quality, cost effective renovations without paying the premium of a general contracting company. Maxwell saw a gap in the apartment management industry and that is as the the management company grows to be more corporate, their quality of service and attention to detail declines. Maxwell’s vision is to see the precedent for property management to be set at a level that accomplishes two things: maximizing property owner’s investment and acquiring and retaining high quality tenants that will take care of their investment.
