Resolution Imaging

Disorganized and incompetent staff. They have zero grasp of their schedule and had me waiting for over an hour for no reason at all. When I asked why I was waiting so long when I’d arrived exactly when I’d been told to, the answer was a resounding «I don’t know». So unprofessional and rude. The general sense of confusion (which was treated like it was totally normal) really makes me question this facility’s ability to give patients the correct treatment — especially being that they are in charge of giving serious injections and running radioactive machines. My technician was good and on top of her job but she was covering for someone else that day and was not a regular tech. I don’t trust this place and will not ever be returning again.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The worst service I’ve ever received. Horrible rude people. Had to come back to get my disks when they originally told me I didn’t need to take anything to my doctor and then when j had to go back to pick them up they wouldn’t even validate my parking.

I have spent waaaay too much time in these places with my 33 year old daughter who recently died of stomach cancer. Sitting here is waaaay too much déjà vu for me at this moment. The help has been very nice and very helpful but I am going through some of the tests I sat through with her. Needless to say my anxiety level is very high and there is nothing to do but DO IT…

My doctor said that I broke my ankle and wanted me to get an x-​ray to confirm. I headed over to Resolution Imaging since it’s right down the street from my offices.
There are two buildings when you enter the lot. Even though both buildings will list information for Resolution Imaging, the main offices are in the building to the left on level L.
The office is super clean and the people at reception are very friendly. I filled out a bunch of forms and was told there might be a little bit of a wait since I was a last minute add in on that day. I appreciated that they kept me updated on any delays with my appointment.
I was greeted by the nicest lady who was going to do my x-​rays. It took all of 5 – 10 minutes and I was done! Make sure to get your parking validated. My results came through in a day or two.
Oh yea, and my ankle isn’t broken! Yeesh, my doctor totally scared the crap outta me.

Walked in with a referral from my primary physician and no appointment. I was warmly greeted by the office staff who took care of the requisite paperwork in short order. After that, I had no more than a five minute wait for my diagnostic imaging. The technician, Violeta, was polite and professional. This is the way a business should be run. Two thumbs up all around.
