Dr. Phil will get you to your goals. He takes your blood, checks your cholesterol, fat content and will put together a food plan as well as a workout plan specific to your body’s needs. As a personal trainer, I find that his knowledge has helped me learn a lot more about my own body. I came to him to help me w my food intake for my figure competition. I’ve slimmed down, and toned up the muscle I already have without becoming bulky. He is good at what he does, and recommend him to those that are serious about changing their lifestyle, body composition and their relationship with food and exercise.
