History

Established in 1996.

With over 25 years of deep expertise in civil litigation, Joseph has obtained superior results for his clients. For example, in 2003, Joseph was lead trial counsel for a multinational petrochemical manufacturer in a lawsuit against a U.S.-based distributor and a former shareholder, and obtained a $ 13.7 million jury verdict, one of the largest verdicts in a California business case that year. Joseph also has successfully represented clients in personal injury and other tort-​based litigation. Business Owner

A Southern California native, Joseph has been practicing law for over twenty-​five years. Joseph attended college in his hometown at San Diego State University, where he graduated cum laude and with Distinction in his major, Political Science. Joseph obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he made the Dean’s List during his second year and earned a partial scholarship for his third year.

Additionally, since 2005, Joseph has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School, where he teaches California civil procedure to second– and third-​year law students. Joseph also has served as a temporary judge in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
