Established in 2013.

After 15 years and hundreds of condo sales under his belt, Brian Maser recognized the lack of attention the real estate market put on the condominium and townhome marketplace. He decided to create Maser Condo Sales to serve the needs of the Westside condo & towhome seller/​buyers.

To achieve such success, Brian Maser and team have created unique divisions that have the ability to flow seamlessly between client expectation and needs to the actual purchase or sale of a property. Not many real estate sales teams have the ability to offer this scope of expertise, accountability or discipline to achieve your goals.

Brian Maser is the founder and President of Maser Condo Sales. Over the last 15 years, Brian has been one of the top producing real estate agents on the Westside of Los Angeles winning the top producer award for Abbot Kinney Real Estate in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012.

Over his years in the business, Brian recognized the lack of attention the real estate market put on the condominium marketplace. Most agents and brokerages avoid these transactions, as they are more time consuming, complex and difficult to manage and close. He also felt the real estate market was lacking accountability and was challenged by the fact that most real estate agents only care about their commissions, not the outcome for their clients.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brian founded and developed Maser Enterprises Inc., a multi-​faceted real estate foreclosure, bankruptcy, lending and technology agency in Los Angeles with more than $ 100 million of real estate investment capital from high net-​worth individual
