Went in at 8:15 AM on a Tuesday morning with no appointment. I was seen within 10 minutes. Tia was running the desk and was the phlebotomist on duty. She was very businesslike and professional. Not a lot of warmth but I didn’t take that personally.
I’ve had horrible experiences with blood draws in the past… many redos, often times painful… So I’m usually prepared for the worse. Tia is a PRO and it shows! I could FEEL her precision. Needle in and out with barely any notice by me. I barely had time to find Waldo on the poster in the wall that’s set up as a distraction. Amazing! Tia did such a good job that I felt compelled to write this review to encourage any others with the fear of needles brought on by bad experiences By the time I left, Tia’s sweetness emerged. We parted with smiles and she cheered me, Good job! Even though I HATE needles, I have to say, I left happy.

It was quick and alright

I’ve been going to this location for several years. Tia is great! She’s got a gentle touch and is really good at putting you at ease before and during the time in which she draws your blood. I highly recommend her.

Always find a professional working here. Tia is great and very kind. I hate getting my blood drawn and she always gets it on the first time and is very nice about my phobia. I would give it 5 stars but parking is expensive. Make an appointment so you don’t have to wait too long.

I have been to this lab a couple of times. The first time it took 10−15min. A friendly young man took my blood without any problem.
The second time was today and I was in and out in 6min!!! I couldn’t believe it. No one was waiting. By the time I was done with my urine sample, the phlebotomist had the chair ready for me. She managed to take my blood with ease. Well, she wasn’t the friendliest, but she did her job.
Keep in mind, that I am not aware about the parking situation, because I walked to this place. I know they have a big parking structure (no idea about the fees), but parking on the street is hard in this area.
Also, they changed their business hours. Now they close at 3:30PM, not 4:30PM. Lunch is between 12:30PM and 1:30PM

I’ve been going to this location for four years. It used to be called lab West, I’m pretty sure. I never had a problem with the service then and recently I went again 4 blood test and found the same great service and expert phlebotomist. I’ve never made an appointment and I’ve never had to wait or be there for longer than 45 minutes.
Parking can be a little tricky. I wouldn’t recommend the expensive parking lot just south of the laboratory, the one under Sunrise Convalescent Hospital. I found it best to park on the street for free or use meter parking.

Went to labcorp this morning to have blood drawn.
I saw on a google map that there was a parking structure allegedly nearby, but I couldn’t find it even after circling a couple of times. Ended up finding a free non metered spot on the street across from the lab (but beware! Lots of spots were no parking from 9am onwards). So if you go early in the day you may find free street parking.
I made an appointment online (go to
and select your location; you can make a same day appointment as long as it is greater than 2 hours prior to appointment time). You can also walk in.
Appointment was for 8am. I arrived at 7:40 am. No one in the waiting room (good thing, it’s tiny!). I was out by 7:50am. Paperwork did not take long (all I had to do was give her a copy of license and insurance card and physicians orders) since the computer imported my address /​phone from the online form to make the appointment. The lady was super nice, skilled, and we had a nice chat.
Overall, pleasant experience.

I used this lab as it was suggested by my Dr. Since I finally have insurance I did not need to drive clear over to Beverly Hills to have my blood tests. I called the office and they let me know that I did not need an appointment. So I went in the day before my appointment with my dermatologist. I am on Accutane, so I have to have my blood drawn monthly. I arrived at 11:55am. I checked in and they asked for paper work. I did not have any bc my Dr. said I just needed to tell them what it was for. The woman at the front desk was obviously irritated and said I needed to leave and come back with paper work. I asked if I could just call and ask my Dr. to fax it over. She said, «Well I hope you know we close at 12:30 for lunch.» OK… My Dr. faxed the paperwork over in less than 5 minutes. Thank goodness I still had about 20 minutes before they closed down for lunch, so I did get my blood taken that day. I have NEVER had it hurt so much in my life. She was so rough and at one point asked, «Are you going to puke?» That seemed fairly unprofessional. My arm swelled almost immediately and I literally could not move my arm for three days. It took a solid three weeks for the swelling and bruising to go away. It was a horrible experience and I hope people read this review and avoid this place at all costs.

I had a 9:30am appointment for a blood draw. Went in early as I usually do. There are plenty of parking lots in the area. Registered with the receptionist. She was nice enough. The paperwork wasn’t coming up properly on her computer, so she made a phone call and straightened it out quickly with no drama at all. Well done. The guy drawing the blood was pleasant. I thought I sensed a bit of nervousness but it could have just been my mistaken impression because he did it quickly with no problems at all. 4 vials in all. I was out of there BEFORE my scheduled start time. I’m sure things can get crazy as they can in any medical facility but I was happy when I left.

It took just about forever to get any service, meanwhile I am paying for parking at a lot that can quickly add up to $ 15 for parking!

I had to drop off a stool specimen to this lab, and I did not bring the paperwork with me. They were very helpful in looking up the doctors’ number and taking the specimen from me, with the understanding the doctor would send the paperwork to them via fax. I was thankful for this, since it was not easy getting the specimen, and we didn’t want to have to do everything all over again!

Wow I don’t understand the bad reviews on here. I brought 2 of my children here for blood tests and They are the absolute best! The tech explained everything step by step and really eased all of our fears of the process. The Where’s waldo poster worked to distract us while blood was being drawn and we left with SMILES not tears. Thanks to both the girls working there! I Will definitely return and will recommend this lab to friends.

This is a terrible place to go to get blood drawn. I went there since my doctor recommended it. It took them (THEM) FOUR sticks to get blood. It started off a little strangely too – the woman at the front desk at first couldn’t figure out my insurance information – she said my card was invalid. I suggested she call my insurance company. She finally figured out that she had entered the wrong info and the card went through. Then a little later, the lab technician said, «This will be quick and easy.» But two attempts (sticks) later and still no blood. So then the front-​desk lady came to try. I had to suggest a vein where to get the blood from. So it worked for a while, but then she had to try yet again. Meanwhile, the waiting room was filling up (empty when I arrived) and packed by the time I walked out. Also, one of the ladies didn’t know how to work the computer system, so that slowed things down too. I had been to other places to get blood drawn in the past, and everyone could get blood the first try. Avoid this place.

This lab is a HUGE nIghtmare!!!
I had to take the same test twice because they had no clue what they were doing. Not only both of my arms ended up looking as if I were a serious drug user, they had audacity to charge me for the both times. And they keep pretending that I never called to rectify the problem, so each time I call them I have to start anew. No notes. Nothing. And my money is still not refunded 3 month later. Argh! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I did not make a appointment. I was told they break for lunch from 12:30 — 1:30 so I was a little concerned when I arrived at noon. There wasn’t anyone waiting so they took me right in. They took 4 vials of blood and I was on my way in less than 10mins. Can’t ask for more than that!

I’ve had two appointments here. Both times the person taking my blood did a great job. Didn’t hurt a bit!
The first time I went in, I must have been lucky because I was in and out within 15 minutes. The next time, I went at the same time of day (8:05 am) and it took almost 45 minutes, and the waiting room was PACKED. Probably 10 people in the tiniest waiting room ever. After waiting for 20 minutes or so, some guy walks and and says «I have an appointment»! WHUUUT?! I didn’t know you could make an appointment! DANG, DANG, DANG.
