Total bs valet parking. Rude service super long wait in front of blue plate taco in Santa Monica. Parking attendant is a total jerk «just doing his job» is what he says after being super late.

Safety Park was a terrible valet service. we had to wait 25 min for it to brought to us. We asked multiple times where our car was and how long we would need to keep waiting, but they would not give us an answer. Instead they were rude to us and said, «please stop interrupting, we are trying to ‘fix your problem’» as if was our fault that they weren’t retrieving our car. The situation was very poorly handled and we will not be using their services ever again.

Omar at 6104 Hollywood Blvd was very unprofessional and does your company a disservice. Your customer service representative Jessica Michaels was not much better. She accused my young niece of taking advantage of your employee who is paid to collect money in your lot. Why would your employee Omar suggest that she park somewhere else. Your employee jeopardizes the safety of young women during the event held at the Fonda Theater on Hollywood Blvd by having her vehicle towed. The towing company has agreed to refund the money when the vehicle was wrongfully towed. Your company should have taken responsibility for your employees wrongful act. I would suggest that people park the next block over which is cheaper.

The Starbucks lot across from the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills used to be a convenient place to park until this company took over. Recently this company took over and while raising prices seems to offer fewer spaces for people who utilise the merchants on Santa Monica. What was a convenient and pleasant place to park is now very disorganised and slow even though the men who work there seem to be trying. I will be parking on the street for my class and buy coffee elsewhere.

Parking attendant named Robert who Valets fo Wockano in Sta Monica 5^th st made our visit to Wockano extremely stressful! Rude, impatient, verbally abusive with no regards to the managers at the location. Who hires people like this? Reconsidered going to this place again so i dont have to run into him!

Worst service ever !!! Don’t use the lot on Hollywood Blvd., especially if Omar is the attendant. He is rude, shady and insulting to women.

This place is a total rip off. They charge $ 20 in the name of valet service. There isn’t any separate parking elsewhere and you basically have to park your car yourself and give your car keys to done high school kid who is your valet attendant. Granted they are a block away from Venice Beach but there is parking right by the beach for $ 8. But these guys will direct you toward their parking spot the minute you enter the street. Avoid this place at any cost!!!

I used the app «park me»
to reserve a spot at the lot on. When I arrived and presented my reservation printed out the attendant, acted put out and required I pay the $ 8 to park. I explained to him no I have already paid with the reservation. Then he argued with me, then called someone, I then called the park me 800 #. He then motioned me to park in a spot. Then he came over to the spot I had parked at and said I had parked crooked. I looked out the window, and when I did that, he tried to open my door, as if he was going to get in my car. I tried parking my car better. He said it was ok to stay and then argued again with me that my parking job was bad. The whole point of reserving this spot was to save time, no time saved here. I took photos of how my car was parked in respect to other cars, no difference.

this was the first lot i saw when pulling up to Venice Beach, i should have checked Unilocal first.
the guy said $ 30 bucks all day, could not pay by the hour, so i left my car and keys. we get back and another couple was there and THEY LOST THEIR CAR, how does that happen? they said the couple could fill out a claim form, meanwhile the lady is hollowing i am calling the police. another lady pulls up and they tell her $ 30 buck for one hour, and if shes late it will be $ 40 dollars. another guy pulls up and they tell him $ 20 dollars, what the hell is going on here?
finally my car pulls up, everything is there, no dents, no harm, whew.
there is a lot down the street with a posted fee of $ 15 and a public lot with a fee for $ 17.50, look around before parking here!

The worst customer service ever!!! I mean for any thing i have ever dealt with I never seen such crapy service… There’s cheaper and closer parking with better service just around the corner.

A Unilocaler friend *cough*Michael S.*cough* recently mentioned to me that I was almost to my 1500^th review.
I responded, wow, thanks for reminding me! I might have wasted that review on a gas station or something.
As it turns out, not a gas station but a parking lot.
Why? Well, I feel a story coming on, haha :
Monday night, Unilocal event at Dry Tour. I pulled into the first pay lot I saw. Self-​parked, ten bucks in advance.
I knew I was somewhere within a block of the event, asked the parking attendant if he knew where Dry Tour was. He pointed to the next corner and told me Dry Tour was closed that night.
I said, yeah, probably closed for the private party I’m heading to.
The attendant wasn’t sure I had my facts straight — he was pretty convinced I was gonna be disappointed that my destination was… closed.
So he told me if Dry Tour was closed, I should just come back & get my car and he’d refund my $ 10.
I said, really?!! That’s very nice of you.
Moreover, he said that the parking lot closed at 10pm but if I came back after that, I could still get out through the rear gate. And he promised he’d make sure no other car was blocking me in. And I believed him.
So. Dry Tour was indeed closed… for the private Unilocal party. So I didn’t return right away for my car.
On a Monday night, the parking lot had only a few cars in it… when I arrived & when I left… so it’s not like my space would have been filled by someone else.
That’s why my review #1500 awards 5 stars to a parking lot whose attendant did an honorable thing.
Because I think that any act of kindness, no matter how small… is a big deal.
(And when I do return to Dry Tour for more of their amazing food, I’ll add a photo of that parking lot!)
