Business Owner

Dr. Pinzone is CEO & Medical Director of Amai an Innovative Medical and Wellness Practice, Inc. and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

Dr. Pinzone completed his MD degree at New York University School of Medicine, followed by internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Columbia-​Presbyterian Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University, where he pursued clinical specialty training and molecular and clinical research. In addition, he earned a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University.

After fellowship, Dr. Pinzone was on faculty at The George Washington University School of Medicine, and then at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where he pursued clinical practice, molecular research and teaching. Prior to founding Amai, Dr. Pinzone worked in biotechnology clinical research at Amgen, Inc
