I’m never getting my clothes back, am I?
I come during business hours, no one is there. Locked down. I call the phone and it does some weird thing where it just goes quiet. I think they may have disappeared with all the clothes to sell in a third world country.
Seriously though, quit holding my shirts ransom. I need that stuff. I don’t care how cheap you are, if you aren’t able for me to pick my clothes back up then you’re just as good a dry cleaner as is Goodwill.

Like many of the other reviews, had an awful experience with the woman working there.
I went there for the first time recently because I started a job near their location. After noticing one of the shirts that they had given me still had the stains on it, I brought it back simply asking if they could redo it. She promptly accused me of being a scam artist and insisting that I had worn the shirt, and somehow gotten the same stains and was trying to pull a fast one on her (mind you this was a $ 3 clean job). She said I was lying and that «she’s been doing this long enough to know a liar»
Then when she refused to redo my shirt that still had the same stains and wasn’t pressed from their service. I told her I was giving up on my effort to simply get them to redo my shirt after she called me a scam artist (for the second time) and was going to leave her store and not come back. She then fired back and said «it aint matter, you’ve only come here twice honey, you’re loss of business means nothing to me»

The two people at the front desk who worked here last year were absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, they have since left and been replaced with a woman who thinks it entirely appropriate to yell at the customers because the «boss will never find anyone who works six days a week like [she does].»
I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is horrible. No joke. I went there many time where there were different people working about 4 month ago. But since there is a new lady working, wow super bad job. I know it is not her fault because she doesn’t actually cleans the clothe, but omg, service isn’t good, as well as my dress ruined and it was $ 300 dress. I still keeping my dress out there and waiting for owner call already like 5 weeks or more. About to get my dress and report to small courts this place. If there was «0» stars, I would give them that. They definitely lost client and many more of my friends. They don’t really care much about ur clothe at all and when you have something to complain about it while there are other people behind you, they would ask u to step aside so they take care other clients and help you to solve ur problem once they let other people go, and they than just later tell you (after all the waited), that they will give u a call back and try to fix, and they even WON’t do that. This place big time the WORST dry cleaner so far I have been to.

0 Stars. These people are SHADY.
They lost a piece to a brand-​new, only worn once, designer dress. It happens. BUT, instead of dealing with it, they dodge my calls and avoid me. The woman who works in store is untrained and incompetent — instead of helping she just denied liability and refused to give me the contact information for her supervisor/​store owner. After visiting the store no less than 10 times, I finally got her to put me on the phone with the store owner. He asked me for 3 days time to sort it out and I agreed. Now he is not returning my multiple messages. It’s not that they lost the item, it’s that they refuse to do anything about it. Not worth the risk.

The worst cleaning experience EVER!
I chose this location as it was very close to the office and I needed to get our company’s tablecloth dry cleaned for an event. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and the girl said I could pick up as early as Saturday. Since I don’t work weekends, I went in Monday morning for pick-​up.
Going in thinking, «yay, my tablecloth has been professionally laundered,» I was severely disappointed to find out that they outsourced the cleaning to another place and it has yet to arrive. WTF?!? You couldn’t clean it on-​site?
I asked the girl to call me as soon as it arrives. Did I get a call? NOPE. I even tried calling, but no answer several times.
I go in Tuesday and the most untrained person was there solo. Great, just my luck. She couldn’t find it either. When I asked about the phone situation, she said their landline was connected to the credit card machine and not the phone. So don’t try calling, they won’t answer.
She couldn’t find it. Annoyed me starts looking for it myself and luckily the tablecloth is BRIGHT ORANGE, I saw it hanging right behind the counter. Then she takes forever to find some sort of paperwork even though I already paid.
Never. Ever. Coming. Here. Again.

Great customer service. Quick turn around, and my shirts come back just right in the collar. Would recommend to anyone.

Desperately needed stuff before trip. Arrived to store during business hours only to find a sign saying back in 20 (not from when mind you). Waited 40min and no one showed up. Who randomly closes for that long during peak pick up? Tldr not only will they randomly close but no idea when they ultimately reopened

Yesterday was the first time i decided to use this service because I was in a pinch and its close to where I live. I had mens shirts and slacks that I needed turned around in 36 hours (dropped off at opening on Tuesday, needed to grab by COB Weds) which at most normal places isn’t a big deal if you pay a little extra (which I’m more than willing to do). The woman at the front went out of her way to assure me they would be ready by 4pm the following day and they close at 7pm which sounded great. I was told to pay in advance (which I did though it felt weird) and left.
I show up at 4pm on the dot on Weds only to be told that she ‘just spoke to the driver’ and that my clothes would actually be back between 5 and 530. I asked her again what time the store closed and she looked me dead in the eye and said 7pm. I came back at 6pm (giving a little leeway on the 530 estimate) only to find a «be back in 20 mins» sign posted to the door. They did not come back. I fly out for a wedding in the morning and will have to do so without the majority of clothes I was planning on wearing on the trip.
The staff knew about the wedding, knew about the timeline, had my phone number and made zero effort to contact me as they decided to close down early. But then again I paid in advance so what do they care? The answer is they don’t care.
This is the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever been a part of. I could not recommend this place less to anyone considering giving them a shot.
UPDATE*** I had to leave for my flight at the airport at 830am sharp the following day (weds). Store was supposed to open at 8am, I waited until 830am and it never opened. Fair warning to never use this place, especially if you’re in a pinch.

Every single time I brought shirts and clothes to get dry cleaned, they’d come back creased (pressed wrong), burned (resulting in holes in the shirts), completely torn on one side or stained.
It’s been almost two months since the last I brought my dress shirts… only to receive them damaged and/​or pressed wrong where collars were bent in the middle and James has been promising that he will reimburse me for the new shirt that he tore and bring the shirts that came back with stains/​creases, only to disappear and only respond SOMETIMES to let me know that there’s been a delay, but that he will bring it.
He was supposed to deliver these in early January and it’s already almost February. He stopped responding to calls/​texts and he still owes me a check for the shirt this place SHREDDED COMPLETELY and shirts he took back to dry clean properly.
I’m tired of having to reach out all the time, to receive ZERO response and having to waste my time waiting for James to deliver the check and the shirts, only to get a text hours/​days AFTER I FOLLOW UP AND ASK WHERE THE SHIRTS ARE stating that there was some emergency (there’s always an emergency) that prevented him from delivering as promised.
Well, James. It’s been nearly 2 months. And I’m still waiting. This is BEYOND ridiculous and I do not recommend this service AT ALL.

Is this place ever open? According to Unilocal — and the sign on the window — they’re supposed to open at 8am.
I waited outside in the rain this morning shortly after they were supposed to open and they were still closed… I walked to Starbucks for a bit so I wouldn’t get soaked and then headed back again after 8:30 hoping they’d be there by then. NADA. No one was still there. The phone doesn’t connect — rings once and then goes dead… However there are clothes hanging inside as if it’s a functioning business.
After reading all of the stellar reviews here — I have to say I am completely disappointed. It’s not often we use dry cleaners but I planned my day around the fact that this place was close to my office on a very busy day.

You can’t beat the price and they did a great job with my work slacks and dresses. No complaints!

These guys advertise as open at 8:00 am. I needed to pick my stuff up at 8:00. When I arrived, nobody was there. Waited 15 minutes and still no one. Guess I’m going to have to go without the suit and shirt I needed today.

Putting advertisements for their business on my parked car is NOT appreciated. Stop littering and DO NOT touch my car!

What a great place. A young African-​American man ran the front both times I was there. Sweet intelligent nice guy. All-​around class dude and so accommodating. Great experience great cleaning what more do you need?

IM SORRY WHAT? DID I JUST HAVE THE BEST CLEANERS EXPERIENCED OF MY LIFE? Why aren’t there more reviews!!! This place is phenomenal. By far the friendliest people ever, inexpensive and fast, to top it all off the dresses and suits that I gave them came back as if I’d just brought them. They were completely TRASHED before. I’m so happy!

After a great experience using them for a month, I can’t say enough on how nice the team is, and how fantastic the service is.
