Honestly, I’m not a big reviewer, but this guy is amazing. He runs his business far beyond what most people do. He genuinely cares about the people he works with, and it shows. Chris is an extremely nice guy, but on top of that he finds out who you are and what he can do with (in my case) a computer to make your life that much better. He even offered to and ran down to best-​buy for us to pick up backup disks at no extra charge. He’s friendly, savvy, respectful and genuinely good at what he does. I wholeheartedly recommend him to ANYONE. 5 stars!

Chris was the answer to all of our Internet/​computer/​network/​printer problems at our business! He was able to schedule an appointment for us within a day and had problems fixed quickly. He took the time to answer individual employees questions, and even demo how to troubleshoot on our own in the future. I would highly recommend hiring Chris for any of your tech needs!

Chris was awesome. Extremely patient and knowledgeable and figured out an elegant (and cost effective!) solution to a WiFi issue in our house that Time Warner and another firm were unable to solve. While I wouldn’t expect it every time, he also charged quite a bit less than the time he spent. Would highly recommend.

I found out about this guy in 2006, immediately after purchasing a MacBook. I ddn’t have a clue how to make use of all the features. Chris dialed in my laptop and coached me while I learned what a super tool an Apple computer can be.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and has not only solved my issues and answered my questions every time but also has provided other helpful tips and info I never would have otherwise known. He is quick and great at explaining what it is he is doing so you can learn as well! He’s the best!!! I wouldn’t know how to operate my Mac, iPhone and iPad at all without him!

Chris has helped me repeatedly over the years. I’m a Mac girl, but a bit of a techno-​weenie, so I’ve leaned on his expertise when I’ve had issues with my laptop, when I needed to replace my laptop, when I needed guidance with my new I-​phone and many other situations.
He’s always been honest, professional, time efficient, and a master with transferring information, backing up files, including huge amounts of photos and music. He’s been a real lifesaver and worked into the night on one occasion so I could pick up with an urgent project the next working day. When you’re dropping off all your information, music, photos, memories, and projects in progress, it’s good to know, the person you’re using is reliable. Chris is beyond reliable and is good on his word. I wouldn’t trust my files with anyone else.
