We were looking to rent one of the apartments. I called the manager (Joe) he didn’t get back to us for a week, after he did he had to call me to set-​up an appointment by the end of the day but he didn’t. He sounds rude and overall upset person with very bad attitude. Finally! we had an appointment for next day around 3 (not set at 3), I called him at 2:30 and said that I’ll be there at 3:10 he said «The appointment was at 3, don’t come see the place, thank you» and hung up the phone without giving me a chance to say 1 word. So I figure that this wouldn’t be the best place for us to live and deal with Joe’s attitude and rudeness.

Do not give your money to Avalon they are ridiculous!!! Horrible! Horrible places to live. And horrible horrible management.

45 days after I vacated the apartments I still have not received my security deposit. I am looking into filing a small claims court suit today.
