Pricey floral arrangements that don’t last very long. Coming from down south, we have a great florists where large arrangements cost around $ 25, and last more than a week. It’s disappointing when family and friends have spent more than double that for arrangements from this shop to send my way.

Worst ok ever tiny buds terrible arrangement it looks cheap they delivered late in the day and now I am struggling to get a refund from them they are insisting on charging me a delivery fee even though the flowers are completely unacceptable I asked to switch to a mixed bouquet and they refused saying I wasn’t there customer that my husband had to call and authorize a change in what was ordered even though it’s my birthday had to have a three way conversation with my florist in Long Beach that we have used for 20 years to get the situation resolved the lady on the phone did not even say she was sorry for ruining the first delivery flowers my husband has been able to send me in 8 years

I tried to order online through their website. I tried twice, and both times when I went to check out it kept telling me something was wrong. I went back both times and didn’t find the problem. I went on another florists website and got my plant ordered in 2 minutes. The website looks like it has pretty stuff, but if it makes it impossible to order, I guess it’s pretty pointless.

I live 200 miles away from my friend and I ordered flowers online made to be delivered the same day. The flowers came out perfectly and she received them in a timely manner. I’m grateful for these services that help deliver flowers to love ones who live far away.

Last Friday I needed to order flowers for my friend’s memorial service the next day. I had gone to a florist in Lompoc where I live and was actually told by the clerk that I should drive to Santa Maria and order them if I didn’t want to pay a certain amount for the delivery and other fees. I had expected that there would be these fees and I was actually trying to shop local– but the lack of warm fuzzies in this clerk’s customer service skills convinced me to make the drive.
I called Rose of Sharon first to find out if it was too late to have the flowers delivered for the 11 AM service on Saturday. She told me on the phone that they were making other deliveries there at 4 that afternoon (it was almost 2), but she said that if I could get there in the next hour she could get what I wanted made up by then.
When I arrived, the clerk (wish I had gotten her name but she was working on the afternoon of 5−31−13) greeted me kindly. She made some suggestions and it was almost exactly what I had been thinking too. While I was writing a note on the card, she went to the back room and then came back. As I gave her the card, she handed me a small bunch of flowers and said «these are for you». That kind gesture, along with the emotional state of losing someone I cared so much for, nearly made me burst into tears.
The next day, I immediately spotted the beautiful basket of hydrangeas, ferns. Really lovely.
THIS is customer service going the extra mile…

My boyfriend sent me flowers for v-​day from 130 miles away… They arrived at my work in Grover Beach early in the day, so I got to enjoy them during the work day. They came in a pretty vase… And the flowers were beautiful. They lasted almost two weeks with me only watering them once. Quality is great… Not sure about price since they were a gift.

Quality bouquets and friendly service. This has been my experience at Rose of Sharon since I moved here in 1998.

I have been ordering flowers from Rose of Sharon for years. Once I moved out of Santa Maria, I needed some way of sending quick gifts to my mother. Rose of Sharon always delivers (no pun intended).
They are always polite, courteous, and professional. Being that I am not a prompt person, they always help me out. I have ordered flowers at 5 PM to be delivered the same day, and they never fail me.
As I live out of town, I need someone to help me out of tight jams. I would never go anywhere else.

The Person, Ron, seem to feel that saying what did ’ happen’ never happened makes the whole situation ‘Fine’ & that in turns puts the blame on the customer and the PC program. Ron is stateing that after confirming the availability of flowers needed, being told «I can NOT place an order unless I go on LINE». Ron also stated the order was made «After Hours»!!! Mmmmmmmm, on a PC, after hours order after I JUST talked to the shop IN person that MY PC order was ’ Dangerous ’ (was what he quoted in one letter to me) HOWEVER, I received an Confirmation of order (by PC) then the next day (on Sunday, still after hours) I received a Callcelation on the order by something or someone. When I called DURING hours on Monday I was treated very impolitely told that 1 st. My address did not match the card, then told a «No, that’s not it!), then told it was because I had Special instruction on the order and just could Not do that on Valentines day. So when I said to delete the «special» I was told, «No that’s not it» When I asked what I could do to correct the problem and have the order processed I was told «There is Nothing we are going to do We are Not going to fill your order!!» Customer Service ???
The letters to follow, from Ron, attacked my personal faith and self! WRONG is WRONG. All I needed to do was have flowers delivered and did ALL the proper task
To be told that they have servered for years and NEVER had a complaint Or Problems confirms my very first statement.
RUDEness is NOT good for business.
Because the order was CONFIRMED the funds were held for 5 days!
So the Credit Card was correct and I was not deemed ‘Dangerous’ by the PC.
I do not know Rob or Anyone personal at Rose Of Sharon so ANY deeming ME «Dangerous» was man made for what ever reason will actually never be told!!!
