Owner Bradley Huth has over 10 years of professional window cleaning experience. He started this company in order to focus on using that experience to deliver the absolute best quality work in town.

Bradley Huth is a Santa Cruz native and an avid Bay Area sports fan. On his days off, you can find him catching a wave with the dolphins at Cowell’s, paddle boarding with the otters in the slough at Moss Landing, hiking a trail in the Santa Cruz mountains, or chugging a mocha with friends and poring over his favorite philosophical or scientific literature at The Perg. He’s one of the nicest people that you will meet, that is, unless you know some REALLY nice people. In fact, Bradley’s personality is mentioned in many of the five star Yelp reviews from thankful customers he has helped over the past decade of cleaning windows and gutters in the Santa Cruz area. This passion for quality and detail led him to found Surf City Window and Gutter in 2015. From emergency gutter jobs to providing a perpetually crystal clear view of our gorgeous Santa Cruz, it’s unanimous; Bradley will take care of you with a smile, and brighten your home or business inside and out!

Arrived a bit early (that’s a good thing!) and got right to work. The week before, when Bradley first arrived to give an estimate, I asked if if he thought it would be worth installing some gutter guards to prevent clogs due to nearby trees. He said he’d check as he cleaned and bring some just in case. Well, after cleaning he said that the guards weren’t needed since he didn’t find much leaf litter. An honest assessment that spared me the extra cost. Courteous and professional in his work and attitude. It rained just 3 days after the cleaning and all went well. When el nińo hits, I’ll be ready.

Bradley Huth is a wonderful gem in the field of window and gutter cleaning. I received an immediate call back from him and he came out within a day to evaluate our home. I had my windows cleaned within a week. He washed windows inside and out on our two story house (which had serious build up from a power washing done a year ago before our house was painted). There were terrible water spots and dirty screens which he tackled with no problem. He also made mention of a window that had pre-​existing damage. Bradley is not only friendly, polite and professional but he works fast and efficiently. He goes the extra mile and is not lazy in his work. The windows looked amazing when he was finished and the screens look brand new. I highly recommend him to anyone no matter where you live or what type of home or business you have. Bradley has the expertise to handle windows which are exposed to salt/​ocean air along with the hard water of our area. He has a great work ethic and is great to work with.

I’m so glad we found Bradley at Surf City Window. He’s friendly, honest and professional.
He was able to clean windows at the beach that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. So much sand and salt.
He took apart the old double Pellas and cleaned and dried all 4 sides of each one independently.
This is a 2 story house with high skylights and he was able to get everywhere with his ladders. He did inside and outside, was so very thorough and true to his bid.
I set up a monthly outside cleaning schedule and he’ll do inside as needed.
I love my view now!

We have a two story house, with many windows as the focal point, and some that are rather difficult to reach. After a few failed attempts to clean them by myself, we decided to go with a professional. With the windows in desperate need of cleaning, we decided to hire Surf City Window and Gutter. Brad, the owner of the company, came out and gave us a quick and reasonable estimate, especially for the number of windows we have. Brad was very kind and accommodating! He wore shoe covers and didn’t even ask us to move any furniture or curtains to reach windows. He even cleaned the window screens, the sills, and our main bathroom mirrors, with no extra charge! Overall, this was a great experience and our windows have never looked better! I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks brad!
