I use hypnotherapy with most of my clients. Hypnotherapy is a method of therapy that uses hypnosis to resolve any emotional and/​or psychological issue. Hypnotherapy employs the hypnotherapeutic trance, allowing you to move past your conscious mind to access the root causes of your particular issue.

The trance uncovers otherwise «hidden» or subconscious information — such as old beliefs and memories — and lets them flow naturally to the conscious mind. You’ll discover the underlying causes of the unwanted behavior, habit or symptom, making it easier to understand and successfully resolve your issue. In Deep Insight Hypnosis (DIH), we trace your current life issue to its source through inner child work, prenatal regressions, and past life regressions. We focus on finding the root cause (s) of your issue and curing it at the source, which leads to long-​lasting healing.

History

Established in 2000.

I started working with hypnotherapy in 2000 in San Francisco. I have had a private hypnotherapy practice in Santa Cruz since I moved here in 2004.

Business Owner

Eliot Nemzer is a certified Hypnotherapist with the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy. He has completed the Depth Hypnosis™ Certification Program and the Shamanic Studies Program through the Foundation of the Sacred Stream (www​.sacred​stream​.org).

Eliot has also studied extensively with Steven Young, Founder and Director of Peoplemaking of Colorado.

Eliot has been a self defense trainer for over 10 years and has taught for the «Model Mugging» full force/​full contact self defense organizations across the country and around the world. He has worked locally for Impact Bay Area, where he was a senior instructor and instructor trainer, and for Kid Power* Teen Power* Full Power*, teaching throughout the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Area.

Eliot is also a professional musician. He has a private music business where he teaches music to adults and children. He is also the music teacher at Spring Hill Elementary School in Santa Cruz.
