I had little experience with therapies of any kind, and didn’t know what to expect. I was a bit worried I’d feel exposed and vulnerable. But what I found was a safe, open space with no judgement or bias. Jen creates a sort of chrysalis of safety and acceptance, and you emerge a truly changed, more aware person. I made important self-​discoveries on my first visit.

What a gift has landed on your island!
I know Jenn as a friend, therapeutic massage patient and her patient. After 10+ year of very good psychiatric work and medications that helped me cognitively work through issues I found myself stuck. As I incorporate Energy/​Polarity Balance in my work as a Somatic Therapist, I could no longer ignore very old wounds that kept surfacing as seeming sources of current issues and thoughts.
Jenn took a very through input interview that crystallized core points in my life «story» that needed attention. Through guided hyponotherapy, revealing insights, and shamanic processes I met and merged the beginning of those core life events. It was an incredible experience. I’ve moved to a new point in awareness that I feel was brought about by being introduced and guided into a new realm and began working with new tools.
My goal is to be a joyful, responsible, loving, present, individual. The work done with Jennifer was very important steps in that process. I will be seeing her mentor/​teacher, who is a local here, to continue the work.
