I have lived in Santa Cruz County since 1967. I graduated from Soquel High School in 1974 and except for four years of College in Southern California, I’ve lived here continuously. I am married to Paula and together we have 4 children and as of January 20, 2012, I have a grandson, Jack. I enjoy fly fishing, gardening and jujitsu. I am currently a purple belt and preparing to compete in the US Open.

Worth 5 stars +++! Doug helped my family to buy a home in the highly competitive market last Spring/​Summer. I honestly don’t know where we’d be without him. To say that he was a great real estate agent is such an understatement. He’s that and so much more. Simply put Doug is the BEST! Doug sold my wife and I our very first home. I was worried that when we started the process it would be a big stressful mess. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Doug made it so easy and found us an amazing house. We just had it reappraised and, in only two years, the price has increased by a lot! Doug helped walk us through all of the important things to consider when buying a house and broke down the process for us. We could not be any happier with our home now and Doug is the reason we ended up here. Even though Doug sold us our home 2 years ago he continues to check in with us and helps us all the time with our questions. You wont find a nicer and more sincere Realtor or person for that matter than Doug. I recommend any and all people go to him without hesitation.
