History

Established in 1980.

I have been successfully selling real estate since 1980. My many years of experience have given me excellent negotiating skills and extensive contract, financing and escrow knowledge. My experience gives me valuable insight on all phases of the real estate transaction for buyers or sellers.

In order to be an effective real estate resource for my clients, I regularly attend educational classes and seminars. I have held a Broker’s license since 1983. I have received the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations from the National Association of Realtors.

I believe that education and honest communication are the keys to helping my clients meet their real estate goals. The greatest reward I receive from my career is the satisfaction and thrill of helping a buyer or seller make their dream a reality. My success with this philosophy is proven with a 98% repeat and referral business.

My husband Larry and I love living here. We feel so blessed to have our family close by. Daughter Laura, son-​in-​law Eric and their 4 children are just minutes away. Eric is a general contractor, owner of Elite Construction Services. My Mom lives nearby. Daughter Ginger lives in Marin County with her 2 children.

My favorite activity (after all the family stuff) is music. I enjoy playing the piano in my spare time. I am an active member of the Twin Lakes Church adult choir. I also sing with Celebration Choir. Celebration Choir is a division of the non-​profit, Music Camp International. Their concert is a fund raiser organization which provides music camps for children in Romania, the Ukraine and Crimea. I was able to be a teacher’s assistant for the 2005 Bucharest, Romania music camp. My experience with the children at the camp sparked the commitment to assist Music Camp International’s mission to bring music to orphans and underprivileged children.
