WJ Reynolds Tile

He gave me an estimate on a shower and showed up on time. His prices were fair and he seems very knowledgeable. I ended up using a referred contractor from a friend but Mr Reynolds was my back up choice.

One month ago, I called Mr. Reynolds and asked him for a proposal for my bathroom tile and kitchen tile replacement. He had me wait a week to come out for the proposal. He then promised to provide the proposal the next day. I texted him 4 days later to ask if I would be receiving it soon. He replied that he’s been busy but would get it to me in the next few days. I waited the remainder of the week and messaged him again asking if I could expect something soon. I received no response. To date I’ve not received a proposal from him and no response. I can understand if he didn’t want to do the job or didn’t have time or had an emergency of some kind, but I would have appreciated some communication. I’ve wasted my time and as well as his — very unprofessional way to conduct business.

We were replacing an old fiberglass tub/​shower and wanted to have a new tiled shower installed in its place. When looking for a contractor for this project, a friend had recommended Bill from WJ Reynolds Tile. We are so glad that he did! First of all, Bill is a genuinely nice person. He has a very easy going personality and is very pleasant to have around the house.
If promptness is important to you, then you can count on Bill for that! He showed up at exactly the time he told us he would be there each morning. On one occasion when he needed to stop for gas for his truck, he was kind enough to call and let us know he would be a few minutes late. I appreciate this type of communication. Bill made sure each day to protect our wood flooring and carpet with long canvas runners, and cleaned up at the end of each day.
He did an absolutely beautiful job on our shower. He is like an artist when it comes to tile … he is very meticulous about the layout and the precision of the cuts made to each tile. We are thrilled with the results! Our tile shower is gorgeous. I would hire Bill in a heartbeat if we need to have any additional tile work done in our home in the future. In addition to being our contractor, we feel we have made a friend … thanks for the awesome job Bill!

Mr. Reynolds shows up on time, makes sure the job is done correct. No short cuts. Great with all the pets in the house. Cleans up each day, very trustworthy! Will be hiring him again in the future!

Mr. Reynolds did a master bathroom tile job for us that he completed last week. We interviewed approximately 4 – 5 tile contractors before settling with WJ Reynolds Tile. Some of them never even bothered to get back to us with their proposals. No calls. No nothing. One of the contractors we received a proposal from was almost twice as expensive as than Mr. Reynolds charged us.
We sat and talked to Mr. Reynolds for quite awhile when he came over to take the measurements he needed for his estimate. We learned that he’s been in the tile business for many years. He clearly knew what he was talking about. We felt after talking to him that we had finally found the guy we wanted to do our job.
Mr. Reynolds arrived within minutes of his promised arrival time and immediately impressed us with the care he took to protect our home. He laid down cloth tarps from the upstairs project area in the back of the house all the way downstairs to the front door so that he’d never have to step on our carpet. We had mentioned that we had only recently gotten our carpet cleaned so we were impressed that he listened, cared and showed the respect he did for our concerns.
The tile job itself turned out perfectly. He does really great work.
Mr. Reynolds is an Army veteran so it pleased me to be able to help a fellow, hardworking vet out.
My wife and I highly recommend this company for all your tiling needs. Should we need tile services in the future, we would not hesitate to use WJ Reynolds Tile again. It was a very pleasant and painless experience.
