I had encountered an internet connectivity problem after spilling a liquid on my laptop. A quick cleanup prevented a disaster, but once I rebooted, I couldn’t connect. At 8:15 am, I called Priority Tech and spoke to Jason. He suggested I bring the computer over between 9 and 9:30 and he’d check it. They were in the process of moving, but took time to help me. In less than five minutes, he diagnosed the problem, and had it solved — a very pleasant experience. Jason and Priority Tech will get all my future tech support business. Thanks guys for a great job!

It’s been 4 years since my first review — I initially contacted Jason to remove a virus from my laptop. Priority Tech has been my IT company ever since. Our company has grown /​moved locations and some of our new products are IT products. They have set up new work stations /​servers /​helped us move /​picked out back up systems /​software — everything you could need or want. There has never been an issue they could not resolve. They have helped us grow, kept our data secure and so much more. I call them sometimes weekly for help with this or that — HIGHLY recommend.

I contacted Jason with an immediate problem on a laptop computer that was essential for my business operations. Jason was absolutely professional, responsive, measured and comprehensive. He solved a problem where the computer would not boot up — suggesting the HDD was either dead or dying. He laid out a plan of action, met me at his offices and within an hour, had the computer up and running again. At my request, he obtained and installed a SSHD and mirrored the original drive. It was done promptly and flawlessly… not one single glitch or loss of programs or data whatsoever. There are simply not enough keys on my computer keyboard to say all the good things there are to say about Jason and his fantastic work. I intend to have him tune up some other computers I have in the near future. The laptop he handled has never run better or faster. It is a total sea change all for the better. Jason has an impeccable resume and a background that gives a large measure of comfort that he will protect the confidentiality of the data he can easily access. To say I am over the top thrilled with his work is an understatement!!!

The hard drive on my 2010 17″ MacBook Pro finally crashed and was confirmed by Apple. I looked up a repair place and luckily found Zack. I took it over right after getting out of apple and he recommended I get a Samsung solid state drive and I also asked him to replace my battery. He did all that in a few days and had my MacBook up and running in not time and did so at an awesome price. Thanks Zack!

My Macbook Pro stopped working on me. When I took it to the Apple Store, they confirmed my greatest fear and told me that my hard drive had crashed. I had not backed up my data for some time and thought I’d lose hundreds of hours of work.
The Apple Store tried to send me to Drivesavers, who cost an arm and a leg, so I looked up someone local and found Priority Technology Solutions. They were able to get all of my data for an extremely reasonable deal.
They also offered to order a new hard drive and replace the dead one with it, while giving me a packaged deal. After going through all of that trouble, they discovered the problem was more in depth than the Apple Store had initially diagnosed, and did not charge me for any of the additional labor they had performed.
I would definitely recommend anyone to Priority Technology Solutions for their data recovery or other computer needs. They were honest and provided better customer service than anything I’ve received at the Apple Store.

I recently had to find someone to replace our current IT professional. I called Priority Tech Solutions and Jason came to our offices to talk about what we needed. So professional and he knew his stuff! A few weeks later I called and asked Zach to see if he could help me with setting up new towers. They are prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I really like the remote sessions! They bailed me out with my lack of tech talk and we could not be more impressed! If you need really good help with IT this is your place!

I have a real estate business in Santa Clarita, CA. My office computer network and equipment was giving many problems and was not stable. I also have a VPN setup to connect to my home office computer and phone system. I found Zach and Jason through a google search as well as other companies. Other companies did not answer their phone or return calls quickly. I am glad Zach responded quickly. I will be only using Zach and Jason from now on. I am very pleased with the time, effort, and extensive knowledge they both have to troubleshoot my computer networking equipment and resolve my network issues. Zach and Jason are friendly and customer service oriented as well. My network system, phone system, VPN are running very fast and stable now. They knew exactly what to do to get my issues resolved. I would highly recommend both Zach and Jason to anyone needing a professional IT service.

I have a growing small business in Santa Clarita and have used Jason consistently over the last 3 years. He has done everything for me including setting up servers, networking our offices and computers, setting up copiers, fixing things we break, replacing computers, setting up email systems, etc. He even advises on software and hardware to purchase and on several occasions went out and purchased it for us.
If you are a small business that relies on the ability to use your computer, you know how bad it can be if your down for even an hour. When we call Jason, it is usually with an emergency and he is there within hours.
We started with just 1 employee and 1 computer and now have 4 employees and 5 computers. As we have grown and our needs changed, Jason has been there to help us.

Zach at Priority Tech Solutions came to help us when our main terminal went haywire. It was incredibly important for us to get our main computer back quickly because it was the only one that had our kennel software on it. Priority had it back by the morning of the next day, and had it set up in no time. As luck would have it, we had just gotten a second computer that day too, and Zach gave us a ton of help and advice for how to set it up and network it. Zach seemed really knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent and invaluable. I would highly recommend PTS for anyone needing help with their computer needs.
