Precision Services Group Inc.

Today, we had our third great experience with Precision Services Group, Inc. Almost two years ago, we were remodeling our bathroom which included changing out our fiberglass Tub/​Shower combination to a Shower with tiled floors and walls. We needed our plumbing adjusted to relocate the drain for a shower only set up, as well as the plumbing in the wall changed out to accommodate the new shower valve and hardware we had ordered. We received two bids for this work. My husband and I met with Jon Clapper and liked him instantly, and his bid was very reasonable for the work that needed to be completed. The plumbers at Precision show up when promised, and work very efficiently to get the job done! We were very impressed with this first experience with Precision. Sometime later, we developed a clog in an older pipe that needed professional help. We did not hesitate to call Precision once again.
Last night, our kitchen sink clogged up. My husband who is pretty proficient with household issues took the plumbing apart hoping to fix it problem. He discovered after attempting to snake the drain, the clog must be a lot further down in the pipe than originally thought. We were going to need professional help again. Feeling a little panicked this morning since it is a Friday, we hoped that Precision would be able to come to our house for same day service since we did not want to go through the weekend not being able to use our kitchen sink. I called the office and spoke with Katie. She is not only super friendly, but very kindly said she would do her best to arrange an appointment today even though the plumbers were already scheduled for other jobs today. Within a few hours, a plumbing team of two arrived at our house and had everything fixed within less than ½ hour! They too were very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and professional.
When we were remodeling our bathroom, at the time, we didn’t realize that Precision also does complete remodeling projects. We already had our tile and shower door contractors set up before meeting Jon, so they only did the plumbing on that project, but my parents just had their master bathroom shower remodeled, and Precision did that entire remodel. My parents are beyond thrilled with the results! They too experienced Precision’s professionalism and their workmanship resulting in a beautiful new shower!
Precision Services Group, Inc. is the kind of company that goes above and beyond, and it is so nice to knowing when you call them, they are a company you can trust. They will always be the company we call for any of our plumbing needs.

Water heater stopped working yesterday. I called Precision Services first thing this morning when they opened at 8am. Plumber arrives by 9:15 and before 10am everything is up an running again!

I would just like to thank Mr. Leonardo Guzman for installing a new control box for my Tempurpedic bed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable concerning what I needed. He called the day prior, and he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He also arrived between the hours that he quoted me over the phone. Jon and his team recently helped us with a remodel of our master bathroom. He was honest, fair, reliable, and the quality of work was exceptional. In 2013 Jon and his crew did their magic in a bank-​owned condo before my granddaughter took occupancy. What impressed me the most at the time was that they promised to have the work done in time for her to move in before Christmas, and they kept their word.
When it came time for me to sell my mother’s co-​op apartment, I found that a major hot water leak under her unit had caused extensive damage. I immediately called Jon. His response was immediate, arriving in Burbank even before the insurance adjuster. Jon and his crew had to remove all the flooring throughout the unit, along with several walls. Time was of the essence, as I was anxious to get the apartment back on the market and sold.
They began work even before the insurance company approved the claim. Jon not only worked seamlessly with State Farm, but also had to deal with an HOA, making issues more complicated. The job they did was so outstanding the first person who looked at the apartment made an offer and was thrilled to purchase the apartment in its now pristine and updated condition.
Jon gives you a detailed contract, outlining and pricing everything you want to have done … and then manages to stay within your budget. He is fair, reasonable [not to mention an easy guy to work with], shows up on time and gets the work done in a timely manner — an unheard of feat for most contractors!
I would highly recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone who takes pride in their property and wants workers in their home that will treat it with respect. I plan on having Jon do more work for me this fall in my own home, and am looking forward to picking his brain for some great ideas in organizing and finishing the inside of my garage, along with some upgrades in my kitchen.

I have used Jon and his team on projects in my house (bathroom re-​model), and two different condos (paint, flooring, bathrooms, etc). Precision is the real deal! You get a fair price, reliability, craftsmanship, and they keep the work area ultra clean, as if it were their own house. Jon and the whole team at Precision have won my trust and confidence.
He has made me a believer! Give him a try for big and small jobs alike!

I could not have asked for a better contractor. I really lucked out. He’s probably one of the few honest guys out there and all the work was done within my budget. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the outcome. An example of Jon going the extra mile was when my wood floors were being refinished and the weather was extraordinarily hot. I could not turn on the air conditioner or else the dust would have settled on the wet finish. He knew that I had dogs and brought over his own personal, portable air conditioner to make sure the dogs stayed cool and comfortable. That’s just the kind of guy he is.
His crew does fantastic and beautiful work and my house is gorgeous! This is a family business I can’t brag enough about Precision Services Group. If you’re looking for excellent work at an honest price, these are the people to call.
