Home warranties and manufacturer warranties will not cover damages caused by a clogged dryer vent. So have your dryer vent professionally cleaned. I specialize in dryer vent cleaning and will not try to sell you anything more. No extras and no hidden charges! I do not charge by the foot, I do not charge by the hour, I only charge for a specialized service. So if it takes 30 minutes or it takes 2 hours, the price is the same. I charge a flat rate, regardless of the length of the vent duct or how many turns it makes for owner occupied, single family homes. I use only the safest and most effective equipment designed specifically for dryer vent cleaning.

Don’t fall victim to «A Jack of all Trades & Master of None»! I am frequently called to fix problems that others have caused. I cannot say enough good things about David and the way he runs a business. From replying to my Unilocal request within the hour, to showing up =early= for the appointment, to not trying to nickel and dime me when I easily could have been swindled. Not only does he know what he’s doing, he’s not afraid to get dirty (quite literally — he climbed into my attic to find where our dryer vent went!). After figuring out where the vent went (it took a while and a lot of investigating!), he only charged for the vent cleaning and it was a very affordable price. I’m going to recommend him to all my neighbors — he knows how to treat his customers fairly and respectfully and if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

What an amazing process that i never realize existed. David was amazing, extremely prompt and professional. Extremely nice with simply incredible results. Probably got to him just in time to prevent a potential fire and for sure going to save a lot of money instead of forking it over to the gas company. My dryer hasn’t been working properly lately with an «check vent» indication light on, so I called David based on good reviews on Unilocal and to my surprise, I got the same day appointment! He showed up on time, cleaned the vent that has not been taken care of for YEARS, and charged only 99 $ flat fee as advertised! Now my dryer is working perfect and my wife is happy. I couldn’t be happier with his service!

Shocker: another satisfied customer! Next day service at our request (could have been same day). Arrived prompt, ready to work, and with a kind attitude and smile. Moved out the dryer, hooked up his equipment, and made magic happen – dryer actually drys clothes… on the first try and shortest time selection! As he left he noticed a lint bunny on the porch (where our vent runs out), which he picked up as he passed by. Paid the quoted fee and thirty minutes after arrival, this magic man was off. Super duper skills!

Before I went to Unilocal or before I asked for help to Unilocal I had (2) estimates that I can’t afford it and don’t even know how they will do the job. So I went to Unilocal and here it is I saw (5) stars review and a flat fee of $ 99.
I called and David answered the phone and I asked to come over and he did right away. Those reviews are right and true.
Very honest guy and he knows what ha is doing. He used a rotating brush as well as he vacuum it. The vent air outside was very strong now. He spends time as much as he did until it’s clean. I’ll give him another 5-​stars. He over exceeds my expectations. He did a good job I’m happy I can recommend him to anyone,

The service is $ 99 flat fee. No additional cost.
I called David at 9am, left him a VM, he called me back in 45 minutes. While waiting for his callback I was tempted to call other places… but I resisted the urge and wanted to give the positive Unilocal reviews a go.
David called me back at 9:45am and said he’d be able to come out same day at 3pm.
He showed up a few minutes early and over the course of the next 1 – 2 hours he vacuumed out A LOT of lint from the dryer exhaust pipe. The builder of the condo made the exhaust pipe go through the entire condo (who knows what they were thinking!) and I was afraid the length would be a problem for David, but alas it wasn’t.
Good experience all around, called me back, was able to do a same day appointment, showed up on time, did the work, and didn’t try to up-​sell me.
Would definitely recommend.

David figured out that our vent was stuccoed shut on our roof from our home builder. We finally have airflow thanks to David. Fantastic service. David came out and went the extra mile to clean our dryer ducts. We were incredibly ignorant, yet lucky first time homeowners who didn’t know to clean our dryer ducts for several years. David not only cleared out the crazy amount of gunk in the ducts but was able to climb in our attic to locate and physically unjam the roof exhaust flap from the inside (our dryer was on the second floor). All of this was covered by his flat rate. I’m sure another service would’ve charged extra and extra and extra. David was on time, easy-​going, and extremely knowledgeable. Hire him. You won’t be sorry.

David was super professional, called me back quickly to set up an appointment (which was the next day), came out and took care of our dryer in less than an hour! No hassle, easy to work with, nice & hard-​working gentleman.

Moved into a Townhome that had the prior tenant there for 20 odd years… odd meaning they never took the time to clean out the dryer vent. After 20 years there are not only huge lint bunnies but all kinds of other creatures.
I called a couple of places, Dave was able to get out there the same day and told me he charges a fixed cost no matter the job on the dryer vent cleaning. It was also around $ 25 less than the competitor… so choice made.
Dave showed up on time and ready to go… looked over the issue and started to work. He took extra care to make sure that everything worked the way it should. I would recommend his service to anyone.
Normally on small jobs like this I do it myself, but this one had a vent pipe that ran 20 feet under the concrete slab… good move architect from the 70s… makes me want to jump into a «Way Back» machine and slap you.
