Big Red Carpet Cleaning

Came to my house. Didn’t remedy the situation. Should have told me to replace my carpets. Instead, he said he could fix the awful smell from the carpets by using expensive cleaning solution. The situation did not get remedied like he insisted it would. I asked him to come back to do the job that he didn’t do in the first place. He came back. Called me a week later asking me to pay him whatever I want to pay him for his hour of time. If you didn’t do the job in the first place that you guaranteed would get completed, you need to come back to complete your job. If anybody owes anybody money, they owe me a complete refund.

Awesome service! Called and got next day service! Awesome job on the rugs. Definitely recommend!

We had our carpets cleaned by BIG RED, they did a great job, very reasonable, answered all my questions and concerns and professional. Will differently use them again!

I have been using BRC for 7 years. They clean my home, my rental properties, even the dryer vent at my salon.
I would NEVER use another company. Fair prices, always shows up at the time expected, great service.

Big Red is terrific– they came into our home to scrub 1500 sq ft of porcelain tile– and now it’s like new. We didn’t know what to expect! Our neighbor, who has been using BR for years, recommended them to us– from beginning to end BR is a treasure to home owners here in the SCV.

These guys were amazing! I checked Unilocal and saw all the positives reviews and decided to give them a call. When I described what I wanted cleaned, they had no problem giving me a quote over the phone. When I asked them to come the same day, without hesitation, they said no problem. Although these guys had a task ahead of them, Scott and Don took care of business and made our 11 year old couches look new again. Me and my wife couldn’t be happier with their work. We will definitely call upon Big Red again in the future for our next cleaning.

We decided to give Big Red Carpet cleaning a call based on all of their Unilocal reviews. We were very skeptical of carpet cleaners after having a previous horrible experience with a different company. When we placed our call, the gentleman on the phone seemed very nice and was able to get us in on the same day. Great! Robert showed up within the designated time frame, provided a fair estimate and got right to work. He was incredibly thorough, efficient, and friendly. The time he spent working on some tough stains was truly impressive. Our carpets came out wonderful and we have Robert to thank. Thanks again Big Red, we will definitely be a return customer if ever needed.

The best carpet cleaning in town! We had four rooms to be cleaned, two of which were terrible and they got them to look like new! I recommend this carpet cleaning company to anyone!

Big Red did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. We just got a new house and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in, they were happy to work with my schedule to get the job done before my move in date. They quoted me a price and stuck to it even though my house was slightly larger than estimated. They said the job would take about four hours, they were out in 4 ½ hours. The carpet was very clean once they were done, they got almost every spot out. I watch them working on the stains, they really did a very thorough job. The carpet was detaching from the bottom stair, he reattached it for me without me having to ask him to do it, for no extra charge. They told me that if any stains come up overnight to call them back and they will come spot treat them for me. My only complaint is that he asked me if I was the mom or the grandma of my one year-​old (I’m 28 years old) :(

I had my carpet cleaned by Big Red and I am amazed at how clean they got my carpet –especially my stairs! I was sure it was a lost cause. They came out to measure and give an estimate the day I called. It took a few days to book an appointment, but well worth the wait. I also had my grout cleaned on my tile floor. It took about 3 hours. The men were very polite. My house had a chemical smell for a few days, but it faded. If you are having your carpets cleaned for a party or event, I recommend doing it at least a week in advance for that reason.
Overall, I am pleased with Big Red and I wish I had called them years ago.

This company is amazing. I use them for my personal home, my clients home and I refer them out. They know their business and take their job seriously. I use them for tile, stone, carpet, furniture upholstery, almost everything. I am super picky and trust them 100%. Steve is the owner, if i have a stain issue I call them and always get a return call. I rate them A+

THE OWNER CALLED AND ASKED US TO UP OUR RATING SO WE DID. OUR 2 STAR REVIEW ( Unilocal: ‘I’ve experienced better’) REMAINS THE SAME BECAUSE IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. IT’S ALSO IMPORTANT TO READ JAN’S RESPONSE BELOW, GOOD INFO TO KNOW BECAUSE, AS SHE SAID «WE DON’T KNOW WHAT WE DON’T KNOW».
We were extremely disappointed with the cleaning of my dad’s carpet. He had passed and we had to clean out the place, sell lots of stuff and put the condo on the market. If it’s even possible, my husband and I both agreed that the carpets looked better BEFORE they cleaned them. There were HUGE stains left. We had them done a few months prior thinking dad would come home from the hospital but he never did. We used a groupon at that time for another service and they did an amazing job. Yes, some spots did reappear lightly after time, we expected that.
Now, in cleaning dads place out, moving furniture and big stuff etc, having people in and out to sell items, we wanted them cleaned again. SO DISAPPOINTED in Big Red carpet cleaning, I spent 2 hours, 2 days later (place is vacant) on my knees getting the spots out with Resolve Spray and rags so we could feel good about putting the place on the market to sell. And it looks «pristine» now quoting our realtor… but not so much fun for me. BTW, dad’s condo is about 850 sq feet only, bathroom and kitchen are wood and tile, the rest is carpet. I included a picture of the stained carpet AFTER they cleaned it, I hope it gets on this review.
Also, as with other cleaning services you have to be aware of the workers trying to tack on extra costs then what was quoted as «the absolute highest price» on the phone by the owner, no exception here, coupon or no coupon. We did not have a coupon. Our guy quoted us $ 95. over that «highest» price with no extra work being done that was discussed on the phone! We wouldn’t pay it, it wasn’t fair and we were actually pretty angry about having to deal with it … we did tip them well because they did carpet stretching also so they were there for many hours. 2 guys came, the younger helper we would adopt in a heartbeat, LOL!
BTW, I am writing another review of their carpet stretching because they did a GREAT job on that. That’s why we hired them to clean the carpet also because our realtor recommended their carpet stretching service and we needed both.
PS I see now I can only write one review so I am unable to leave 5 stars for their carpet stretching. I hope this review was helpful.

Best carpet, tile, and duct cleaners in the Santa Clarita Valley!!! Ask for Steve, he will take care of you. They also do a great job on our office carpets.

Well, what can I say! Life is just plain messy. I had Steve back from Big Red for another cleaning. I have used him two times since we moved to SCV. His service is so excellent! I had a couple of places I wanted him to look at after the cleaning. What can I say, we’re pigs! Even though I was neglectful to call him right away, he still took the time to look at my concerns. I guess I am also a particular messy pig. Please don’t wait like I did to call him back with any concerns you might have, but do call him to have your carpet cleaned. He is above reproach in his business dealings. I will use him every time my carpet needs cleaning.

I hired big red to clean 1 king and 1 queen mattress. The king is almost 2 years old and in pretty good shape but I wanted to maintain it and it’s bright and white as new again. The queen was 7 – 8 years old and had been through the ringer a bit. There were some stains and marks and it’s really clean and looks years younger. I definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to maintain or restore their mattresses.

We bought a for closed home with cheap carpet. We also have pets, a potty training child and have never cleaned our carpets!
They look amazingly brand new!

Steve really took care of me. My carpet was extremely dirty and he restored the original beauty of the carpet. I didn’t expect he would be able to save my carpet. Great guy, great service! Highly recommended.
