Gary at Gary’s Auto Collision was fantastic. I was in LA visiting my daughter when someone rear ended us on the 405. I took a look at Unilocal and saw that he had a 5 star operation so went to him. Now I know why he has 5 stars, he earns them! He was first class in everything, customer service, quality of work, and meeting our deadline to get my car done on time. I would highly recommend him!

My teenager learned a hard lesson by clipping a curb with his front left tire doing a surprising amount of damage to the rim, breaks, axle and steering controls. I wanted to avoid an insurance claim and Gary was simply awesome at providing me a precise quote and timely service to get the car back on the road at a very affordable price. Gary earned my trust, my referral and my future business when/​if the time comes. Thank you!

I took my car to Gary’s Auto Collision Center and boy am I glad I did. He was very professional, honest and upfront. He was the first official quote I got, but first impressions mean a lot to me, and I decided on the spot to go with him. I am so glad that he was first on my list! The quote was in my opinion, very reasonable, and I am sure I would have paid more somewhere else, including waiting days for the car to be fixed. He ordered the parts and painted my bumper, then called me to put it on my car. I waited a few hours in his waiting room, while my car was being repaired. When all the other local auto collision repair shops like Caliber and Prime were crooks trying to rip me off, Gary was the only place that welcomed me with open arms, a plan to work with my insurance company, and actually would call me back, and make the numbers work, he repaired my car beyond expectations. Gary’s is the place to go for auto body repairs. A few months back someone t-​boned my car. I took it to Gary’s and not only was he friendly, he promised me the car would be as good as before the accident. Ti my surprise it was better than when I bought it! He fixed it along with little dings that were close to but not part of the damage. Great shop friendly timely service. Will recommend everyone here.

In short, Gary IS «Mr. Customer Service.» After the damage done to my recently-​acquired Chevy Volt by my 16-​year old, I brought the car into Gary’s shop. I was reluctant to go through insurance, so he worked with me on a reasonable budget. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the work and the amount spent. I will not hesitate to bring my car to Gary next time (very likely thanks to my teenager), and I highly recommend his services. Thanks, Gary!

OMG I can’t believe how honest and knowledgable Gary is!!! I brought my car in because I scraped it Ginny into my very narrow garage, I thought I was looking at a huge expense! I’ve had Gary paint my old car a few years back and remembered what an amazing job he did do of course I came back for my new car repair. Well turns out he just fad to buff the scratches out!!! After my beautiful 2015 Subaru WRX was backed into by some careless driver, I went to check out a few other shops before Gary’s and absolutely no one beat his shop. Other shops pretty much told me that i could bring my car in a different week and start it later, but when I went into Gary’s he got on the phone right away, helped finish dealing with the insurance for me and got an adjuster from my insurance to take pictures of my car within 2 days. After that a brand new door was put in and the dent and chipping paint was fixed inside. All of this was done within a week and one day! Don’t go to any one else, he will take care of you like no other shop will! Great customer service, thank you so much Gary! :)

I needed a new headlight for my car, gone are the days where you can do this yourself. He ordered a part that was exactly the same as the KIA headlight but without the KIA name. This saved me some money, and that made me happy. He ordered the part and it literally took less than 10 minutes to install. Whoo hoo, and thank you to Gary and his crew.

Gary’s Auto Collision Center is by far the most classy auto body shop I have been. Gary quoted me a very good price to repair the body damage to the hood of my 2012 Jeep Patriot. When I came in person he reduced the actual price to reflect the quote he gave me over the phone. He gave me a thorough description about how they would restore my hood to its original condition. Even the clear coat looks factory finished!! My jeep looks better now than before I got into an accident! He’s very personable with his customers and gets an A rating from me because he exceeded my expectations in the quality of his work and also how expedient he was in completing the job. A true professional. I highly recommend Gary as one of the few honest people left in the auto repair industry. Really an all around pleasant experience!
