When that craving for ice cream hits, you just have to fulfill it! Although I’m a huge Ben and Jerrys fan, I’m not crazy about their shakes. However, this particular location is ran by a really nice, older couple. They allowed us to sample whatever we wanted and made some pretty decent shakes. Should have just gotten regular ice cream, but I’m not complaining!..

My husband and I went here last night and I can’t stop thinking about it. I had the PB& Cookies ice cream cup and it was, hands down, the BEST ice cream I’ve EVER had. If you’re in the mood for ice cream, I highly suggest you give it a try. You will not regret it!!!

Being an ice cream fanatic I would choose Ben and Jerry’s over all MAJOR ice cream chains(such as Baskin Robins, Coldstone Creamery, etc) any day. The reason being because Ben and Jerry offers the most unique plethora of ice cream flavors. On top of that this Ben and Jerrys has excellent customer service! There have been so many cases in which I have annoyed them with picking a nice ice cream, but none of the workers lose their temper. The interior of the shop is also simple, clean and lovely. Thanks for always being there for me Ben and Jerrys. This location has sealed the 5 stars… Keep up serving great ice cream and customer service

Every time I come here, I leave satisfied to the maximum. I love the ice cream as well as the customer service. Azeem is absolutely the best ice cream scooper I’ve ever seen, plus he’s easy on the eyes. I will definitely be coming here in the future. 10⁄10.

Very ugly piece of artwork. The folks inside are very pathetic. Some I have seen don’t even use gloves and have their hands in the ice cream bucket. This location is down right old and needs a revamp asap. Customer service is pretty much non existent.

We visited Ben & Jerry’s on free cone day here in Valencia. Wonderful service despite the crowds and always great ice cream. Thank you Ben & Jerry’s and the Valencia team.

First off, is it me, or is this place unusually warm inside all the time? This place is your run of the mill Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream shop. Nothing too special about it. I’ll come here if it’s hot outside and I’m around the shop, usually when I leave Barnes and Noble. The employees are friendly in here but that’s about it. You can really just buy these in your grocery store and have it at home if you really wanted to.

I came into this location this afternoon and stood in front of the counter looking up at the descriptions of the various ice cream flavors and comparing them to the ice cream in the containers… for ten solid minutes. No line, not busy — there were only two other customers in the store who were sitting in a booth eating their ice cream from cups. The man behind the counter never came over to ask what I would like, never even spoke a word or said anything like«let me know when you’re ready” — he actually would not even make eye contact even when I was looking right at him. There’s no way he didn’t see me standing there. It was just not a welcoming or fun environment in the least. I didn’t stay. Yeah, I could’ve spoken up and asked if I could try a sample or whatever, but I didn’t want ice cream badly enough to interrupt whatever was going on in his mind.

Ice cream is good but expensive. For three of us, we spent $ 18.00. It is great ice cream. If you want chunky ice cream. Go here. I ate the tacos Ice cream and it taste good. However it does melt so you have to be really hungry to eat it. It has two scoops of ice cream

Didn’t actually get ice cream, never made it that far. The place is empty and it is very dirty looking. The glass door and windows are all smudged up and grimy from hand prints. My friend and I ended up deciding to walk out.

Great ice cream! I’ve always ordered a chocolate type of ice cream but today I tried the salted caramel blondie and it was delicious! The sweet cream ice cream with the salted caramel was amazing and to top it off the blondie brownies mixed in were spectacular. This location is never busy; every time I go I’m the only one here. There is always parking right in front of the store. The inside is alright, it seems a bit older but it is clean inside. The service was good, nothing spectacular. The man who served me wasn’t very friendly but he wasn’t rude, I didn’t get any greeting when I walked in and I just got a «bye» when I walked out. It was all very quick and to the point. Overall this is a quiet place to get some great ice cream!

Delicious ice cream but waaaaaaaaay overpriced. I like all the favors but just think that they are to expensive. I’m pretty sure I can buy pints cheaper at the grocery store.

I came here with a friend to get out complimentary birthday scoops. Thy did accept the coupon but we’re told we could only try two flavors. We tried some but felt rushed as if to let us know to go away, which is weird because we were the only ones there. The girl at first was going to give us regular scoops but then her manager(or dad/uncle) showed up and told her to give us the smaller cups. It didn’t upset me because they were free anyways. Usually at the regular location I visit they really pack that cup but at this place there was literally only one scoop. Ohh well. One of my friends did have to pay and j was shocked he almost payed $ 4 for one scoop. I don’t think I will be back to this store. The ice cream was good though

Came in today for a quick dose of ice cream. Ordered the Core Sundae and was not disappointed. It comes in a cup, you can pick 2 different types of ice cream and either caramel or fudge in the middle with whip cream. I added peanuts. Rich, decadent, tasted great. The only complaint I have is that its really expensive. More expensive than the other ice cream shops. Many other reviews complained about the service or cleanliness of the place but we didn’t have a problem with either. To be honest I think some of the other complaints were frivolous and ridiculous but that’s just me. When we came in it was empty. We took a lot of time trying to decide what we wanted, tasted a couple flavors. The woman was very patient, didn’t rush us and was very polite. Her cell phone rang while we were deciding and she didn’t answer it. She waited calmly for us and was very friendly. I’d probably come more often if it wasnt so expensive but I suppose I knew that before going in.

Ridiculously expensive. $ 3.99 per small scoop and no kids sizes. Beware of the trivia question. You only get one free topping per family. A nightmare if you have 3 kids like I do. And if you don’t know the answer(if you google it, he will argue that you didn’t deserve the free topping because you didn’t know it before you came in).
