AC Dave Heating & Air is family-​owned and operated right here in Green Valley, CA. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch. After 30 years in the HVAC industry A.C. Dave started his own company in 2006 installing and servicing Commercial and Residential systems from split systems, central air, wall furnaces, propane furnaces, strip heat, commercial walk-​ins, chiller units, wine units, tankless water heaters, etc. AC Dave services the Greater Los Angeles Area, San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, The Lakes and Valleys and Antelope Valley.

I have been in the HVAC industry off and on since I was 16. In 2005 we moved to Lake Elizabeth to start my own company. We had a family meeting and we agreed that we had something to offer our community. In the Lakes and Valleys there was a history of contractors of all industries. Making appointments, not showing up, starting work and no completing it or doing poor work. I wanted to change this. My motto is a «Commitment to quality and Customer service.»

In 2012 and 2013 AC Dave Heating & Air has received awards for Best of Santa Clarita Builders and Contractors and Talk of the Town for Customer Service.
