One star is too many. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had them cater my wedding on 9÷26÷15 and it was the worst decision ever. Working with the two idiot owners is awful! Save yourself the stress, and go with absolutely anyone else. They were so difficult to deal with from start to finish. And more importantly, they are unbelievably dishonest. They added on fees without telling us and tried to add fees into other costs! This is a terrible company all around! For example, the venue charged the caterer for something and then the caterer charged me for this. This sounds totally normal — but I knew something fishy was going on so I requested the receipt from the venue. Sure enough, the caterer ADDED onto this cost and just pretended like the venue had charged this higher amount. When I asked the caterer, they kept coming up with excuses — they didn’t expect me to follow up with the venue on the actual cost! Terrible terrible terrible. I have a million other examples just like this one, nothing went smooth with these idiots (if you care to hear more, just message me). Dealing with them is STRESSFUL. As if planning a wedding wasn’t stressful enough. They try to sweet talk you and convince you that they are going above and beyond — but really, they are just tacking on more hidden costs hoping that you don’t ask questions. I can’t stress enough — save yourself the trouble! My biggest regret from my wedding was this company. I hope they go out of business so they don’t ruin anyone else’s wedding. I worked with them for about 6 months and they still couldn’t get my name right — and I am Persian just like them with a common Persian name! Run, run away from these dishonest, terrible people, otherwise you too will be filled with regret on your caterer choice!
