Omg HELLNO! I ask if it’s possible to get a pizza meal but instead of tacos to swap them out with A chalupa and that I could pay the difference if need be. She went to check with her boss and the lady came so I explained to her what I wanted. Her reply was that she couldn’t because of her boss. So I ask if I can pay for a pizza by itself and one chalupa and a drink. She says yes. And they charge me for 2 chalupas. I ask for light sour cream they give me extra sour cream. They have a nasty bathroom and I was charged $ 13NEVERCOMEHERE! Also the tomatoes aren’t even fresh

I’m a Taco Bell regular, and this location is pretty bad. While each Taco Bell has some variation in pricing(especially on things like«extra cheese», this one is way over priced. $ 0.59 for extra cheese on a taco? Most are $ 0.29-$ 0.39. It adds up when you’re getting several items. On top of that, this location is super stingy on portion sizes. You can’t be stingy AND charge 2x as much. One or the other, not both. The only thing I can think of as the reason for charing more for everything is that this is probably the largest taco bell in northern California, in prime real-estate land.

Today… ordered a beef cantina bowl. With beef. She says we don’t have beef… just steak or chicken. Last time I looked steak is beef. I specified steak. Fast food is supposed to be fast. It took forever over 10 minutes in the drive thru… no exaggeration. I requested no sour cream. It had a big blob of it on top & no steak to be found. The girl working the drive thru window seemed preoccupied wit flirting with a male customer that had walked in the store. No receipt given either. Never again! Don’t do it. My first job was working at a fast food place, and if I «worked» like that… I’d have been fired. 3:30pm was the time I was there today Monday October 26th2015.

Worst taco bell ever! Got here at 7 a.m. doors didn’t open until 7:15 a.m. and they didn’t even open the door on the side of the building I was standing on just walked right back behind the counter and disappeared. When I looked at the kitchen it was filthy with cheese, lettuce and just plain dirt all over the floor. Keep in mind they had just opened so that means they didn’t clean up the night before. When I placed my order the lady puts down the mop and walks right over and makes my food without changing her gloves. I gave my food back to the lady who took my order(the manager) and told her that I didn’t want my money back but I just thought that she might want to no that I wouldn’t eat the food and the reason why was because of the cross contamination issue. The manager blew a head gasket denying that anyone in her store would do that and since I was short seven cents on the order how dare I complain about anything. She slapped the money on the table in disgust and told me to take my money. I walked out of there leaving the money on the table never to return.

I’m so pissed off right now, how are you going to sit and rush someone through their order only to get sh** wrong??? Came through at 12:30a.m ish. Took a while to order cuz i’m. tired. lol. Ordered 2 fiery doritos locos tacos, extra shredded cheese, a beefy nacho loaded griller, a crunchwrap meal, and a chicken quesadilla meal. The food: Quesadilla-BURNT TO A CRISP, NO cheese on the corner«slices» like they forgot to put the timer on and walked away. Tacos– average taco bell taco, soggy as f***, overlyfake tasting seasoning, beef made from a plastic bag in boiled water.(my boyfriend worked at a different location, saw scary stuff, I tell the truth) And they forgot my burrito. B**ches. (On another occasion at this location, my boyfriends brother got a fiery dlt, and instead of the cardboard it was wrapped in a flatbread tortilla. See pics, just to laugh at how sad it is. FAIL!) Service: BREH, Wake the f*** up! He told me I LOOKEDTIRED, DUDE, YOULOOKEDINTHEBAGANDKNOWINGLYSKIMPEDMEOUTOFFOOD I PAIDFOR! I asked for the cheese I ordered because thats what caught my eye as missing when I glanced in the bag, I knew I should’ve checked more thouroughly, so maybe it’s partially my fault… But, then again, it’s not my job to make sure the order is complete, IT’S YOURS! Another rude thing he said, I had 2 drinks one baja blast and one root beer, I was being indecisive and switched to both baja blast at the last minute. And once again, «can I actually have one root beer and one baja blast, i’m so sorry haha» he said ok. Tried to give me two root beers, I asked for one baja blast. «I’m sorry, I asked for one root beer, one baja blast…:(« His response…“No you didn’t. Two rootbeers.» I rightfully continued to argue my case, I KNEW what I had just said 1 minute before. Literally had to repeat our whole conversation for him to realize he was in fact, wrong. I will get your name next time, promise. Bottom Line: AVOIDTHISPLACE, but if you find yourself awake when no other taco bells are open, and you HAVE to come here remember to –CHECKYOURORDERCARFULLYBEFORELEAVING! Chances are, you’ll be missing something, or something will be incorrect. –ASKFORHOTSAUCEOFSOMEKIND, this will help your food to be edible. –Be prepared to have stomach issues after consuming.

Came in here one night when every other place was closed. Apparently their cash register machine was broken and the employees couldn’t get a calculator, much less do simple math. I had to tell them how much change they were supposed to give me. Was going to give them 2 – 3 stars until I found out that the burrito/tacos I had ordered had tomato pieces in them that were still frozen together.

I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, and received two separate pieces — basically a crunchy taco, and a piece of flatbread with stuff in it. I guess it’s better than missing an item in your drive thru order, but worse now because it seems completely intentional! Is this an employee’s revenge for ordering on a Friday night?! Avoid this location! Going to the other taco bell on Kifer exclusively now

I live close to this place so I find myself coming here often. First off the food is just like every other Taco Bell, no difference. The highlight of this place however, is the readiness of the food. An order, is usually done in less than 3 minutes which to me seems great. The staff is also very friendly, and there is lots of seating space.

Their Unilocal page says they’re open until 3AM but they’re only open until 1AM. Every time I come here, their beans taste really. Old. And they don’t put enough sour cream on the tostada when I ask for extra sour cream. Last night they put extra sour cream on my boyfriend’s crunchwrap supreme when I told him extra sour cream on the tostada. When he,(guy’s name was Kevin,) read the order back to me, I said, «no, no extra sour cream on the crunchwrap, it’s on the tostada,» and he said, «okay,» like he had changed it. He charged us for the extra sour cream on the crunchwrap when we didn’t want it… @.@ As far as a Taco Bell goes, I guess this is normal standards.(Hence the three stars instead of two.)

Decent Taco Bell. Huge place, old deco. Bathroom was gross. Food was about the same as other taco bells. Service was ok.

Apparently this location does not care about allergens. I ordered with no tomato, no onion and my food was full of both. Will NEVER go here again due to the lack of care for allergens. Bad business!!! Plus what kind of restaurant does not have bottled water? …sorry but not everyone drinks sugary poison aka soda.

This place is 24 hours! My friend told me we should get our late dinner here, and there was one car in front of us, quick service, working screen to see our order. No complaints here!

The service here is horrible! Went through the drive thru with a coupon. The lady taking our order didn’t understand that we had a coupon so she told us to pull up to the window. We get to the window give her the coupon and she charges us full price. I called her on it and she got all huffy about it and walked off speaking Spanish to another employee. When she came back to the window she was still speaking Spanish and laughing. So then we ordered the new cinnabon things and she told us they were out. Next thing you know all of a sudden they magically have some. Thank goodness I’m a bag checker because they forgot some of our food too. Oh by the way make sure they give your receipt too

I always get 3 crunchy tacos and 1 nachos supreme. They are good, consistent and reasonable priced fast food. Don’t compare it to restaurants or authentic Mexican tacos; this is American fast food. This particular Taco Bell has a huge dining room and a self-serve drink machine, which I like.

Two for two. No service at the Jack in the Box up the road, so we come to this Taco Bell afterwards. Next time, I won’t wear the jacket that makes us invisible to service employees, but hey, it’s still a fun piece of my wardrobe ensemble for other uses. Anyway, Sunday morning, April 1st at 10:00. We walk in to order breakfast, to get something quick to eat before embarking on a road trip. We’re the only customers in the building. No one is at the counter. We hear noise from the kitchen area, but no one comes out to help. I look around, and see an employee sitting in the back corner of the restaurant seating area. She tells us she’s on break. That’s nice. We walk out of the restaurant. Obviously, this place isn’t interested in selling the breakfast menu items. McDonald’s got our business that morning and broke our losing streak. They were not on break. They weren’t great, but, I have to give them credit-we actually did get service. That aspect of the dining experience seemed to be elusive that morning. There’s something to be said for that. April Fools Day, 2012
