Have to stop going here, my last order was so skimpy hardly any meat in my Bell Grande Nachos, I had ordered 2 orders and the bag was so light like air. I don’t want to pay 9 bucks for hardly any food. This has happened a few times, so they just lost my business, this location has been going downhill for a while, management should look into it.

A standard Taco Bell experience, which means the drive-thru was fast, the staff was a bit dim, and the food was OK. I get this kind of service at every Taco Bell I go to, I think they purposely hire slow people to work here cos it can’t be that hard slapping a Bean burrito together but they can be a bit rude and dim sometimes. Case in point, yesterday I asked them if they could make a special order for me(a Doritos Locos Nacho Cheese Double Decker Taco Supreme) and the guy at the window just ignored me until I piped up again. I think there is something wrong with the headgear they give to their employees here cos once you’ve placed your order they forget all about you. My 2 Double Decker Taco Supremes and my Bean burrito where delicious, piping hot and flavorful, especially the tacos and the food alone gets 4 stars. I’m giving this Taco Bell a 3 cos of the sub-par Customer Service, which I totally abhor. I mainly go to Taco Bell for the food anyway.

I liked the waitress smiling all the time when I hesitated to decide the order. And the background music was cool. I will come here again.

I went in today and it was the worst service ever. My burritos had nothing in it. Little to none! I got 2 Mexican pizzas and they had nothing in the middle. The guy who took my order was rude and his name was Rondy he got my order wrong n tried to blame it on me. So upsetting and I come here all the time.

Love their happy attitude. The gentleman. Who works the drive thru late is just a breath of fresh air. I believe he is Mexican. And just a friendly employee and it is nice to have a friendly face greet you!!!

Everyone always make fun of Taco Bell for being known as making you sick after you eat it. It never really happened to me until the other day. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and honestly, it was delicious. Add a little hot sauce and its amazing. The cheese is awesome too! 5 minutes after I ate it, I felt so sick I was in the bathroom for an hour with the worst stomach ever to the point where I wanted to throw up. I don’t think I’ll be eating Taco Bell anytime soon.

Holy Crap am I really writing a review for a fast food establishment. I hope that Unilocal does not find out about this or they might strip me of my elite status! With that said, I just felt that I had to write a review for this Taco Bell. I have stopped here a couple of times and customer service is excellent. They ask your name instead of just giving you a number to pick up food and they always greeted me kindly when walking in. The food taste like Taco Bell, I am sure no matter where you go it all tastes the same, but the size is different here. The burritos have some serious bulk and the tacos are filled nicely. What I also find interesting is no matter where I go, its 50⁄50 that my taco shell is cracked somewhere or broker all along the shell and 70⁄30 that my tostada is all jacked up in the box, but never here. Excellent job at this location.

I hated the long wait at the empty cash register. Horrible customer service. They were running around with food for the drive thru… for soo long! I waited for 10 minutes or more for a cashier to finally step over to the register. I ordered my usual shredded chicken burrito with grilled chicken replacement, and I decided to try their new mini shredded chicken quesadilla. My chicken burrito was nothing special – it actually lacked some flavor. The quesadilla was horrible – I don’t know how I managed to finish it, probably because I was starving. But it tasted like some strong chemicals – such as gasoline or nail polish. It tasted very wrong and nothing like chicken! I tried putting sauce on it, it still tasted nasty. 2 stars because I liked the diet mountain dew, which was refreshing, and for the fact they apologized for making us wait.

Drive-thru review. Typical TB layout but the drive-thru is shorter than most with a funny wrap around exit. Be careful as you leave since you cross a pedestrian/handicap walkway and then merge with the private parking lot traffice briefly before joining Homestead.

My corner Taco Bell !! Every got to have one in their lives. Why? Because it seems I always crave those darn crunchy taco’s every couple of month. You can get 10 taco’s in a box for $ 11.99 as you exit you can fill your bag up with all you want taco bell sauce from miled, Hot… we always seem to save our in the frig just in case. The servcie is the usual fast food service. It seems Taco Bell has been around for many years since the 70’s I believe. Even as a kid in high school I remember working at the one across the street from my high school. These days they have so much more on the menu! Trying to keep up with the extravagant & trendy menu’s from the other fast food. Even though Taco Bell is the americanized mexican menu. I still crave this place :)

I’m generally not going to rave about a fast food restaurant, particularly not when there are two non-fast-food mexican restaurants at the same intersection. But if I’m in a hurry and it’s the only one with a drive thru, it does get preference! Taco Bell was a childhood staple for me, but I’ve had less and less of it as an adult– their scandal about not using real meat didn’t help. But I swung by recently and found new menu offerings to try– has the black bean burrito always been a thing? I miss the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Ordered the black bean burrito and a nachos(supreme maybe?) — first impression was that the burritos are much smaller than I remember. But maybe that’s because it was a vegetarian option, or from the value menu, rather than a stuffed burrito. Either way, even the tortilla itself seemed much smaller. Taste was okay– preferred the nachos over the burrito. Definitely think their nachos are better than movie theater nachos, and they’ll hit the spot if I’m in a nacho mood. Surprised with service– about as quick as expected, given that it’s a drive thru, but employee was really pretty and friendly. Not that I expect fast food restaurants to be run by trolls, but it was noteworthy.

i think she spit in my food. and i only get that feeling whenever im right. for the most part, all of the staff are super friendly and nice. the guys and girls. however, this one bitch on the morning of 8÷6÷13(tuesday morning at 10am) had to be the worst order-taker ever. the fuck asked me like 4 times«are you ready? or do you need a minute? are you ready?» how about you sit and listen. and then you speak when you are spoken too. if im looking at the menu and not saying shit, use your brain and process the information. analyze the situation, and let yourself know that i am indeed NOT ready. sit like a dog and get me my food once i order you to. then when i ordered one item, she said«ok what else» and i told her to hold the fuck on. then she said«you know what, just tell me when your whole order is ready» NOSHITBITCH!?? what are you, the Flash? why the fuck are you in such a hurry. she also ripped my debit card out of my hand. lol. nice attitude hoe.

I mean it’s Taco Bel what do you expect. Late night cravings this is the spot. The customer service has gotten a lot better. The girls that work there are very friendly, they never try to rush you even if their busy. They double check to make sure everything is ok. When you get to the window she even ask if you want to add anything just in case. Did I mention Dorito’s Locos Tacos :~D Tried the Cantina Bowl it was alright, nothing to write home to mom about.

My stars are mainly for the awesome service I received at the drive thru from Andrew. He did a great job. If it were not for the great service it would have been just one star for the food lacked luster and quality. There are other places close by with better quality food so we won’t be back here.

How the hell do you have cold tacos? What happened to good costumer service and a I’m sorry let me replace that for you? Reymundo in the drive thru can use a service training!!! I had to come back twice for warm tacos and had I not checked while I was at the drive thru window it would have been three times. Reymundo had the nerve to say that the meat is warm and cookedfresh while he is holding an ice cold taco that he just gave me.

The late night service here is excellent. The drive through attendant is very attentive, fast and friendly. I don’t usually give reviews to fast food places, but I was really impressed by the level of service here. Good food at cheap prices, for when you’re on the go.

Been going here for years. Good food. Just like you would expect. Only downside is that they seem to use a little less meat in the tacos than they do at other stores. I always mention this when I order, and I sometimes get the meat filled up halfway up the taco, instead of ¼!

Ahh, the memories. When we were supposed to be studying at the old SC library, we were playing ball or playing pai gow for quarters. Afterward, it was time to make a «run for the boarder.» Went there so much the guys knew exactly what we wanted and we knew the exact change we needed to give them. Man, those were the days. Oh, you want a food review? Come on! It’s just a Taco Bell! What do you expect?! It’s always good if you got the munchies.
