I have used other computer repair services in the past but have found Sure Computing to consistently be my best overall choice. Dan is very knowledgeable and spends the time analyzing my computer problems and later how to minimize future issues. Recently repaired my laptop and as always did it in a timely fashion. His rates are also quite reasonable and stands by his work if additional follow up is needed.

Found this business on Unilocal,have never heard of it before. Prompt, professional service. My computer was running too slow and freezing, not able to connect to internet. Of course, it happened at the time when i have no access to another computer! Dan repaired all problems and gave reccommendations. It was well worth it rather than buying a new computer.

Had another guy I went to and he wasn’t cutting it. Looked up nearby computer repair and this was the closest. Turned out to be a great choice to go see Dan. I will definitely be using him from now on. Thank you!

Great work. My laptop is running very well. Dan cleaned the cpu (it was overheating), replaced the HD and it works like a charm. Thanks Dan! He also has been working on wife’s laptop and did a great job on hers.

Dan is wonderful! I was having major problems with my laptop and he was able to fix my laptop when it crashed in a very timely manner. Honestly, I expected to hear that I would have to buy a new one. He has always gone the extra mile to figure out the issue, or in my case, issues. He’s kind, friendly, and his prices are very reasonable. He’s very knowledgeable and was happy to take the time to show me some tips and answer all my questions. He’s full of information and if there is something he doesn’t know, he’ll say so, and then does the research to find the answer.
Today I called him with a question about buying Microsoft Office Professional 2013. I need the entire package but $ 400 is a bit pricey for me. He suggested that I go to MS website as they offer a subscription service, where you pay by the month. So I checked it out. I was able to get Office 365 which is identical to everything in MSO Professional 2013 for a monthly fee of $ 6.99 and am able to use it on my pc, phone and tablet, as well as, 1Terebyte of cloud storage. I’m very excited about this, not to mention the fact that my laptop runs excellently! Thank you Dan!

I have used Dan’s services twice in the past 2 years and both times the service and outcome was amazing. He is very friendly and prompt in getting your computer fixed. also, his pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I could have gone to a big store and had them repair my notebook which had a connection problem. However I wanted to find a small business which would do a great job and of course be honest about what I needed. I have found such. I found Sure Computing from looking at Unilocal and it being fairly close. I called and then brought down the notebook on a weekend. That Sunday afternoon of all things my desktop went ballistic! (Talk about bad luck!)…I called to leave a message but actually got ahold of Dan. After he asked a couple of questions he told me to bring it down of which I did the next day. Within two days the notebook was up and running and the desktop took another day. Both working fantastic… Dan is the man! If I need service down line Dan will be taking care of my computer needs.

Dan was able to get my sons computer repaired and ready for pick up on the same day I dropped it off. His location is very convenient and his prices are more than reasonable. Dan will be my go to guy when I have issues in the future.

As a small business I rely very heavily on my computer. Being doing business withDan since 2008 and has gotten me out of messes with my computers. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very fair with his prices also is very quick on getting your computer back to you.

WOW! Professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE, reasonably priced and honest! All are important for sure, but Dan has them all!
I had an issue (well a crisis to me!) with my laptop and after spending over 2 hours on the phone with a service company trying to get it resolved to no avail, I reached out to Dan and I am so glad I did!
I brought my laptop in late yesterday afternoon and it was fixed and in perfect running condition this morning. He know what to look for, what to do to repair it and did so at the price he quoted me.
I was very impressed and will bring in any of my other laptops in for service and repair, and recommend him to others.

Dan is honest and knows what he is doing. He has worked on several of our laptops. I am always satisfied with the cost and he has been able to fix any problem I run up against. I reccomend him highly for any computer issues that you have.

Every time I have needed computer help, Dan at SURE Computing has always responded quickly and fixed the problem. He is professional, courteous, accessible, and charges a fair price. He’s built a computer for me, upgraded to new software, set up and maintained my work network, recommended hardware, helped figure out wireless connection issues, etc. The best part is you don’t have to go through countless departments until you reach the right person; working directly with Dan each time is great.

Dan at Sure Computing totally rocks, giving excellent service for a fair price. I’m fairly computer savvy, but I picked up a worm that kept reinstalling itself. I *really* didn’t want to rebuild my whole machine. Dan encountered the same problem I did, but he kept working at it until he rooted it out entirely. I’m totally happy with the result and would recommend his service to anyone. Dan does IT service for small businesses so he’s not always in his office, however, he is easy to contact and was there for each appointment.
