Very poor customer service. They should know how to answer the phone.
The address given here is wrong, it says Santa Clara, but they said they were located somewhere in Campbell and that I needed an appointment before I could get to their office. They should try to listen to what the customer’s problem is, instead of being rude.

Not great customer service. Learn how to answer the phone if you are business. Thought I was calling some random person when you answer the phone, «can I call you right back.» Didn’t even give them a try after that.

I was amazed @ the turn around of my PS3! I had been looking for a reliable, professional & dedicated place to leave my PS3; my socks were knocked off!!! My PS3 was just returned & I then gave him the broken X-Box… I have no concerns about it’s safety due to the contract you sign. Hey I’m always worried about the person taking my system & they’re worried about the customers; I love it!!!
And it was all a front… the system worked long enough for him to leave :(
This guy has no concept on fixing gaming systems.

We’ve been told the service is prompt and the staff is very knowledgeable. I have the utmost faith in their abilities to diagnose and repair software/hardware issues in a timely manner and keeping cost at a minimum
