Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! I waited for over 15 minutes for my drink to be made. They don’t make drinks in order at all. Choose a different Starbucks location if you can.

Love this Starbucks they always make my caramel machiato right… and for some reason it tastes better than other Starbucks weird, but its true. Their clean too and thats plus. Keep up the good work and the customer service is good.

This place is cool. Staff is extremely friendly, my drinks always taste good. There is plenty of space inside for meetings. A large table in the middle, plenty of smaller tables around the edges, and very few patio seating outside (but works). I like this Starbucks. They are efficient, and take care of you. I’m here often and will continue to come back.

Personally I love this Starbucks and have been coming here for years to the point to where most of the workers know my name. I don’t know what’s been going on lately but a lot of their new baristas are taking way to long. I should not be standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to just place my order. I love this place and will probably never stop coming to this Starbucks but I just hope they step up they’re game soon.

I had a terrible experience here. My drink was watery and my son dropped his drink. But Vicky was awesome. She noticed my watery drink without me having to say something than she made a new one. When she saw me cleaning the drink off the floor she stopped what she was doing and says «hey it happens» than tells me to stop cleaning it that she will do it in a minute in a polite manner. All the other baristas just looked at me and went on with their work.
She provides excellent customer service and went the extra mile. She should be recognized for it. My rating is for her.

Instead of engaging in each other’s conversation why don’t you help the customer neglected and waiting for her order. Instead of wondering who has A/​C so you can go there after work maybe your cashier should count the change she gave back to me. She seemed confused. Whoever the manager is here needs to instill a little more discipline towards their employees because I don’t need to know about their alcohol beverage (rum and coke btw) of choice and what not. Definitely not returning here, there are way many other Starbucks to attend to that give that consistent welcoming environment to their customers.

Right when I walk in the cashier decided to make her own drink and do it in front of my face. She made no eye contact no hello right to what can I get for you. Took my money and I walked away and she made no eye contact at all. When getting my drink from the bar the I said thank you and got no response they were rude and the store was kinda dirty

Friendly service and located in the same plaza as Noah’s Bagel! I love that I can pick up a cup of coffee and walk a few steps to the bagel shop.
On the weekends it can get a bit crowded, but the staff is great and pretty efficient at getting the line moving. Never had a problem finding parking either.

I’m a Starbucks addict. And I’m just bummed that this is the only close Starbucks around. The parking lot is horrible. The wait is always really long. The staff is really nice sometimes I think it just depends on the day you go. I’d rather go to a different Starbucks but this one happens to be convenient

Everything great they said about this location is so true. I had no clue that the rewards have an expiration date. Mr. Lee the barista was so kind to actually get me my usual favorite drink free. I simply love the customer service. No wonder Starbucks is we where they are — right on the top! Keep it up Mr. Howard Schultz.

Poor uncaring customer service at the lunch hour on a Sunday. No manager on duty. Staff rude. Called corporate and Starbucks customer service to confirm the policy on a discount for having your drink in a for-​here mug. One week later, no follow up call or email from the store’s manager. This location needs a retraining in quality customer service. And the District Manager should be addressing these concerns of rude staff.

A clean, well-​lit Starbucks. Fairly spacious; could probably use some more seating (tends to be full even on Monday afternoons). Location is pretty convenient, with generous amount of parking. Staff seems friendly.

This Starbucks is open till 10pm on weekdays, has a decent size, large tables and power outlets. It’s located in a strip mall and you can also sit outside.
Good job on placing a Pinkberry right next door — double trouble.
Lots of parking available in the strip mall parking lot.

This is my Corner Starbucks ! Hit this place one morning when I seriously needed to wake up. Since I trying to watch my weight I got the Skinny Mocha Café.
Fast, effecient & smiles ! Parking was not a problem either ! wow suprised…
Also, I must say I really like the new Heibiscuz berry drink ! Great nrw idea and my new favorite after lunch drink !
