The barista names Justine has to be the rudest customer service member I’ve ever met. Most the time Starbucks employees are pleasant. Maybe because it’s in a Safeway that they don’t meet the normal Starbucks standards. The barista Alex was nice, but Justine ruined the entire experience.

This Starbucks highlights the reasons why I do not go to any Safeway in-store Starbucks locations. They do not offer a full menu and are usually understaffed.

this has got to be the slowest Starbucks on the planet… the kid kept having to leave to blow his nose… there was only 2 employes and other people complaining about it being slow. I will never come back to this location

The customer service is good, but minus 1 for the wait time.

OK, so this is probably the third time I’ve actually checked-in here, but seriously I’ve passed this mini-chain a gazillion times for every stop I make at Safeway since it is located in the store. First time I attempted to order was when Safeway had a coupon for free frappuccino. Seeing there was no line at all, decided to give it a try. Hey, it’s free right, so why not?! Sure enough, a guy was at the front, made nonchalant eye contact with me without a smile, and asked him about the free deal. He did not have the slightest clue as to what I was blabbering about, so I had to show him the coupon through my phone using the Safeway app. Honestly, at this point, not only did he not know about the deal, he was not very cheery about it. I didn’t like that. Regardless, I walked away with a tall caramel frappuccino and best of all, free. I’ll come back again only if my taste buds are achingly raging for the taste of this chain, and of course, hoping the customer service will be better next time. A-OK.

Is it just me or have you noticed a Starbucks on every corner ! Now for our convenience they are in Grocery stores, or even Targets. I do appreciate of having a shot of caffiene right before I tend on buying a basket load of grocerys. But, There is a certain satisfaction I get out of walking in to the corner Coffee shop. Maybe its the other Caffeine addicts, Maybe its the cheerful cashier or Barista ! Service: There was only one person working behind the counter so he took the order and made the coffee’s. There was a line of more than 3 people so he had to stop taking orders and make the coffee for the customers. They could not warm up my Blueberry Scone: they had NO microwave or toaster ! Coffee was as expected As for me I will be going to my usual corner Starbucks !

It’s lame that Starbucks at Safeway are more expensive… Hope they upgrade to the new system so that I can redeem treats.

Another Starbucks in Safeway. Baristas are nice and fast. Sometimes the line can pile up because there is usually only one person working but they are always friendly and accommodating.

Seriously, this Starbucks sucks! It’s close to my home, so if I was in rush, I just dropped by there to grab a coffee. First time I got there, I ordered a cocoa cappuccino. The staff there kept asking if I wanted a coconut cappuccino. I realized that it’s not on their menu, so I ordered something else. I did not remember what I ordered. cos I was in rush for a meeting. All I remember was that the coffee tasted worse than a Via instant coffee I made myself. Today, I went there again, for the same reason. I was rush for a meeting. This time I ordered a peppermint mocha. and it turned out that I could not taste«pepper mint» at all. Anyway. I will not come back again.
