Signs Tech Solutions

We needed a sign for our new office — and quickly. Signs Tech Solutions was able to accommodate our tight schedule, without charging more. They were very patient, and truthfully explained the advantages and disadvantages of the different sign options. During installation, they were very nice, careful, and professional. And, yes, the sign looks great. Just what we wanted!

Worst experience I’ve had with a vendor in a while.
I submitted a request for proposal on some site signs via their website and gave them a deadline of two weeks to give us a proposal. I got an automated response that my file was received… then it was all down hill from there.
Never heard back from them even though I offered a site visit and gave them all my contact information and encouraged dialog. The deadline came and went with no communication from them. I called them up 2 days after the deadline had passed to see if they’d be responding and the person I talked to didn’t seem to know anything about the project. Couldn’t even put their hands on the RFP we sent. Asked me to email them the RFP and they’d get back to us.
The next day I got an email that said: «Thank you for your inquired. We are busy at the moment, we will be more then happy to provide you with one but if you could e-​mail us the others quotes you are getting so, we can see if we can match those prices. Please let us know.»
So they are too busy to respond to a prospective customer with a real job, too busy to read the RFP, too busy to pick up the phone and say they are too busy, and then they ask me to do something that is unethical.
Doesn’t say much for their service, quality, or ethics. I ran for the hills.

I was recommended to this sign company by some architects and interior designers. I’ve been using their services for an office building in San Jose. These folks care about their work, care about quality, and care about completion. I know that I will get the service and quality I need. Highly recommend them.
