Ok, if I could give them 6 stars, I would. There is certainly a good reason lightning press has great reviews and it’s because of the superior level of service these wonderful brothers, Keith and Ken, provide to their customers.
Keith helped me print my wedding invitations and was very caring about making sure everything was just right. They really give each customer their full attention and dedication.
My invitations were printed beautifully without any imperfections or loss of color integrity. I HIGHLY recommend Lightning Press for any printing needs!

We had Lightning Press print our wedding Invitations and some recipe books we made as favors. They were very easy to work with and everything came out amazing. Ken went above and beyond letting us pick up after hours, running several proofs, cutting, folding, hole punching etc. The price was great for a super well done job with the best customer service you could ask for. They should be called Lightning Impress.

I work for a company that has been using Lightning Press for our business cards for awhile, but since I am new here I didn’t have a card yet. Optimistically I called Lightning Press and told them that I needed a few cards in the NEXT FEW HOURS because I had run out and I was supposed to attend a networking event that same night. Amazingly they assured me this was possible and that all I would need to do is e-​mail them my information. After approving the proofs and a few e-​mails back and forth they notified me that my cards were ready for pick-​up. When I got to the shop they had them ready for me on the counter so I was able to grab them and be in and out really quickly. The cards were exactly as described and very high quality.

Ken is such an awesome guy to deal with. We needed some personalized wedding invitations and RSVPs printed. He was very accommodating with the special paper we had chosen. Everything turned out awesome and better than what we were expecting with a fast turnaround time. We are going to start using them all the time now for anything we need printed.

After struggling on my own to print my listing brochures, I decided to go with the pros. I needed quick turn-​around times and didn’t want to pay the stiff prices online for express shipping and processing. So, I found Lightning Press on a Unilocal review, and they’ve been delivering for me ever since.
Lightning Press is a small shop run by two brothers, Ken and Keith. They run an old school style of business — focus on quality and customer service and leave by 4pm.
Beyond awesome print jobs, they’re more than willing to educate customers on technical printing terminology. Plus, they’re great guys to hang around, very down to earth. Once I figured out what details to send them by email, it’s super easy to place orders and I often get them done by the next day.
Their prices are the best for the glossy, full-​color cover stock I need, especially for the low-​volume runs below the minimum charges of other places.

Was helping out with another wedding and went back here to print stuff. This place still rules.

Old-​school artisans who take their craft seriously. I printed about 30 copies of a book at Lightning Press and Keith worked with me until they were perfect within a reasonably fast turnaround time. Keith and Ken are from a family of printers and you can tell they take pride in producing work of the best quality.

Lightning Press is going to be my trusty print shop from now on! They make printing so easy, and they do it for a very affordable price. Normally, you would think affordable means you would have to sacrifice quality, but there is no way that Keith will let you walk out of his shop with a subpar product.
I initially contacted Keith over the phone for some price quotes to print programs, and he was very helpful in explaining the different types of paper I could print on. After finalizing the design, I sent the finished product to him via email, and he was very responsive and accommodating.
He offers all of his potential customers free printing samples, which is totally awesome because it definitely helps to see the finished product in your hand before you commit to printing 100+ of them. After printing a few samples for me, Keith realized the programs would look better on cover stock, so he offered to print all of the programs on the more expensive cover stock for the same price he quoted me for the regular paper. His reasoning? Simply because he decided that it looked better that way. He even got the entire job printed in the same day. From our conversation, he said he would score the programs in half, and that I would have to take them home to fold in half, but when I picked up the programs, they were all nicely folded in a box. Oh, and I must say… They were BEAUTIFULLY printed. Everyone was raving about how beautiful the programs were, which could only mean that the quality of the printing was so good that it made my very limited (or rather nonexistent) graphic/​artistic skills look pretty good.
Talk about great service! I had such a great experience with Lightning Press that I recommended them to my sister to print her wedding invites, and she’s more than happy with the results. Keith definitely knows what he’s doing, so if you’re looking for a print shop, Lightning Press is an excellent option.

Our kids were hosting a benefit art gallery, and needed to make quite a few prints. We found Lightning Press, and talked to Keith — who offered to donate all the prints that we needed for the gallery! And not only did he donate the prints, he gave us multiple copies, in case the kids messed up in the mounting/​display.

I came here for my wedding invitations and ceremony programs and Keith was super helpful through the whole process. They have plenty of paper options and Keith even helped me research and purchase the type of die I needed to do the fan style cut I was looking for. They are very detail oriented, quick, helpful, and reasonably priced! Highly recommend this place!

I did another job with Ken and Keith, and once again, everything was perfect. This was a little more complicated because I was coordinating it from afar, but the results were superb!

Prior to that I was having a difficult time getting my stuff printed and got rejected by other printshops because my sheets were irregular size (sorry pina zangaro).
Mr Ken even took his time to print samples for me by cutting some paper the same size as mines. He adjusted the colors as well to see what color setting fits best.
NOW THIS IS THE BEST PART FOR ME: Over the phone before meeting him I told him I was willing to pay for their minimum order price. After all who would want to do a small complicated print job as mines? But when my prints got done, he did not charge me a dime. He simply wished (me luck) that my portfolio can get me a job!
I dont think I’ll ever forget my first experience with Lightning Press. I will definitely come back when I have real batches of projects to print. :-)

I say, no words are loquacious enough.
My print job was unusual. And small. I’d already been turned away from one highly rated shop which advised a big box print shop such as FedEx would be able to help me. After FedEx refused to even make color copies of my material, I went to Postal Annex. While they made the copies, the printouts were less than stellar quality. I was in tears by the time I got home.
Luckily, I did one more search before I gave up and accepted my material would fall victim to a home hack job. Lightning Press was my last hope. Now I know they should have been my first and only stop.
When I arrived at the shop, Ken and Keith listened patiently as I described what I needed. At first, they weren’t sure they could help me. But, I was open to whatever they needed to do with the material to make it work. I just needed good quality color and pages that were in some sort of booklet or pamphlet format.
They spent a lot of time with me and never once made me feel like my job was too small. After asking for my preferences on paper, etc., Keith made a few suggestions and I let him know I trusted his expertise 100%. When I came to pick up the final product, it was exactly what I’d hoped for, Keith’s suggestions had been spot on and the booklets looked amazing.
In the trendy glow of farm-​to-​table cafes and hipster-​leaning shops brimming with locally spun soy wool and foraged herbal tea blends, it’s easy to forget the original locally owned and operated businesses. Shoe repair, seamstresses, tailors, hardware stores, auto shops, print shops — they may not be hogging the spotlight on social media, but in a world that is increasingly defined by race-​to-​the-​bottom price wars, one day you’ll find that the honesty, integrity, craftsmanship and knowledge of a local shop is far more desirable than a $ 5 coupon that translates to a $ 30 loss of quality.
Lightning Press was a beautiful reminder of those craftspeople whose artistry would be sorely missed in a world overrun by big box stores. Their prices, customer service and product quality are top notch. Or in Unilocal language… as good as it gets!

This is my first Unilocal review, and I wanted to write about my great experience with Lightning Press. A few months ago, I was looking for a printing company that could print wedding invitation inserts for me. Having only had experience with copy services from big stores like Office Depot and Staples, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Keith surpassed all my expectations and I’m so glad we found him and Lightning Press.
Not only is Lightning Press quick to respond to emails, but their quality is amazing. I was so impressed by the high quality and variety of the papers they offered, as well as the colors and sharpness in the printing. They also finish printing projects LIGHTNING FAST!
After printing our invitation inserts, I went back a few months later to print our programs, as well as some labels and menus. Keith was so easy to work with and fun to talk to. He even emailed me to let me know that the formatting on one page was a little off. I was so glad he informed me about that, and quickly re-​formatted the page.
During the times I picked up my orders, I also noticed Keith and Lightning Press did incredible work for other nearby businesses — beautiful menus, signs, business cards, and so much more. I would highly recommend Lightning Press to all my friends. I wish all businesses had such great customer service and excellent quality as this one.
