Update: Some minor annoyances, so down to 4.75 stars. Oil was added past full mark when level was fine (a no-​no for this engine). The plastic panels underneath the engine and transmission were attached in the wrong order (minor). David tried to sell me on new rotors when the old ones were fine IMHO (not bent and within thickness spec). Still, way better than dealing with dealer monkeys. Car still runs great (obviously important).

Some friends I trust suggested I take my BMW 3 to Nasseri Auto Tech. My regular mechanic had given my car a thorough inspection at the last oil change and indicated the car needed nothing. So, when I reached my next service interval I figured why not see what Nasseri has to say.
David met me at the door and had me pull into the bay and began to give me a guided tour of my car. I hadn’t even gotten out of the car when he spots a problem. «Back up, come in again and brake hard when you stop,» he told me. I did. I felt something weird in the brakes. «There! Did you feel that? Let me show you.» We switched places and he repeated the hard stop and my tire stutter-​stepped. «Lower swing arm bushing. It’s worn out. Let’s see what else we can find.» He pops the hood and hops out.
He takes me on a tour of my engine. He points out the various systems and clues about their health. He starts probing around the various fluids. One after another, the pH is wrong, this one is contaminated, this one is the wrong color, this one is too old. Wow, why hadn’t this stuff been addressed?
In the end he found a healthy list of maintenance that needed to be done and I was really pleased with the thorough explanation I got for each one. Here’s the crazy thing. When I picked up the car, it was washed, vacuumed and the entire interior was treated with a preservative for the leather and dashboard. What? I know, right? What a great feeling it is to find a competent and customer service oriented mechanic. Oh, and it runs so good now. He’s earned my business.

David is a total gem!!! It’s hard to find honest mechanics. It’s even harder to find them as trained and knowledgable as he is. And, another refreshing part is that he has an adverse reaction to repair shops that «up sell» things that don’t really need to be done. You can rest at ease that he will deal honestly with you and take incredible care of your vehicle!

Called in at 8:00 am and got a quote for a smog check $ 65. Was a nice guy, came out to greet me, quick service. Completed the inspection and smog check in about 30 minutes. However, I found out that he outsources the smog check to Precision Tune Auto Care next door which currently has a coupon for a smog check for about $ 35. Probably should just go there if you’re trying to save money.

It is good to know that my wife can take our vehicle to an honest mechanic. The detail that was given when explaining what would be done to our vehicle was comforting. Anyone looking for a great mechanic Nasseri Auto Tech is the place to go.

David is an expert when it comes to European cars! I brought in my Audi to get serviced and to fix a misfire. David took the time to actually explain in great detail everything that need to be repaired on my B8. He is a very honest guy and he’s my go to guy from now on.

Hands down the best Mechanic you could possibly go to… honest, integrity, and always goes the extra mile. He saved me on a car I bought for my kids. Replacing so many bad parts it would have made your head spin. On top of that he detailed and buffed out all the scratches to make the car in perfect aesthetic looking order. If you want an honest and «great» Mechanic then go to David. He will go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe for you and your family! And he will never rip you off.

This shop is the best hands down, I have a bmw e30 and I was able to completely restore it and made it clean, they cleaned the engine flushed the toxins and made sure safety is up. and very fast service!

David is great with all kinds of cars, I recently brought in my 2008 BMW X5 and I couldn’t be happier on the way David took out the time to assess my vehicle and tell me the REAL things wrong or needed fixing on my car. He is an honest and caring man and I appreciate that in a mechanic. He clearly cares a lot about his customers and values our opinions and concerns. I would honestly recommend him to anyone and everyone that is looking for a GREAT mechanic who is HONEST and very good at what he does.

David is a keeper, educated me on how to better care for my infinity G37s. I got my oil change, brakes pads and tires replaced. I also referred him to someone who was happy with the work done. My car is in good hands.

After driving all the way from Texas my car was in need of some serious TLC. My friend recommended this place and being new to town I had no choice but to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman was very nice, helpful, and upfront about what my car needed. He didn’t try to up sell or scam me. He didn’t treat me like an idiot either. He worked very hard on my car troubleshooting even minor details I overlooked in the past. So grateful to have a mechanic I can trust. I would definitely check this place out and do so with trust. The gentlemen seems to have good character and integrity. Something lacking in today’s world.

I have been coming to nasserri for a while now and I have to say that he truly knows what he is doing and to top it all he genuinely cares about his customers. He does an amazing job every time we bring in our cars, he never overcharges us and I always trust him to do a good job. He is truly awesome and I wish all mechanics out there would be as honest as this guy is. If you want someone you can truly rely on to do good work on ur car and not have it cost u an arm and leg you should give this guy a try I promise you won’t be disappointed!

So glad to have the opportunity to meet and work with David! Amazing mechanic, but it’s doesn’t stop their! We spoke in about 7 different languages, German, Russian, etc… Talk about quality work with flawless customer service. Not to mention they are closed on Sunday, but knowing I have to travel back to SD, he came in on Sunday and completed my repair!!! God bless this mans business and his life.

David is truly a master of his craft and genuinely cares for the maintenance, upkeep and safety of the vehicle. Many mechanics claim to know how to care for Audi’s but few actually know what they are doing at such a high level of detail and professionalism as David. Not only are you going to find the best mechanic for your European vehicle, but he is also extremely reasonably priced.
In May, David replaced the timing belt system on my 2003 Audi A4 for a FRACTION of the cost of competitors. He kept me thoroughly updated on what was going on with my car, and provided recommendations for other high priority items of attention to ensure my car would run as good as possible and keep me safe! He is my official go-​to guy for regular check ups. and he even does smogs too!

I would highly recommend David shop. David took the time to explain what work needed to be done. He’s been very honest in what needed to be done and without up selling the service. Thanks David

When my warranty was expired from Mini I took my car to this small local guy.
He was fabulous. Not only does David tell me what is wrong, he tells me what other things may happen if I decide not to do any repairs. This is valuable information because I dont have money falling out of my pocket.

Did an awesome job on my ’09 Subaru Forester. Had a major service done here. Owner found the problems quick and explained in great detail of what it needed to be running in great shape. Very professional and knowledgeable with any type of cars. He also pointed out what other things in my car that will require attention soon and will be going back to him in the future.

I changed the power steering hose. Nasseri was very honest and transparent. He is so knowledgable and experienced and takes care of his customer very well.
He explained everything about the car and gave me honest advice about what should be changed and didn’t try to exaggerate like other mechanics.
I loved this place and I guess I will always come here for any kind of fixes.

I was referred to this place by a good friend and boy was I happy! I have a car that I’ve taken to 4 shops and every one of them were charging me close to $ 1000 for something that no one could figure out. I took my car to Nasseri’s auto in the morning and by mid day he found the issue and quoted me a price for half the cost. I told him to move forward and fix the issue. He had the car done by the end of the day and also did a free full inspection along with a free oil change! Yes free oil change for a first time customer, I was blown away! He was very professional and honest about the work that he completed and also the work he recommended that was not required at the time. I was impressed with his professionalism and prompt good service.
I have brought 4 other cars since than and I couldn’t have asked for a better honest professional place to go!!!

Excellent service with quality and honest opinions. I had my Honda serviced here and was charged a fair amount and he didn’t recommend any unnecessary services. It’s hard to find a shop with integrity but I am glad I stumbled upon this shop. David is a master technician with numerous experiences with Audi, and other top manufacturers.
