Was lost and it was late, phone was dead, needed a map but no one makes maps now that everyone has a smart phone. VJ at the register pulled out his phone and helped me find my destination (I had over shot by three miles! (i was on my bike)). Thanks to his help I was able to find my destination (my car parked at my new mechanics) and I was able to drive home safely. yay!

Mand is a pretty good go-​to for SCU students and the populace in the surrounding area. They’re heavier on the liquor, but carry a good amount of craft beer. After looking at the surrounding shops, it seems that this place charges about $ 1 more for the beers, whether it’s a bomber or a 4/​6-​pack. If you’re in a pinch, it isn’t horrendous, but if you’re a regular, it’ll definitely add up.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. During this most recent phase of my life, this has been my liquor store and I have repped it with pride.
Great – seriously really fucking great – selection of products. Beer, wine, liquor, snacks, soda, energy drinks, tobacco, random shit like dice, condoms, whatever, this place has got you covered.
Very friendly staff that treats you like a real customer and part of the neighborhood.
No other liquor store in the area can match their selection, prices or service. Highly recommended!

Mand is the man for liquor and alcohol. As a recent college graduate, the residual effects of my extra-​curricular activities have not quite fled my system, and as such I’m a sucker for a nice 6 pack of beer.
There’s always a nice selection of spirits, beers, and wines, and the prices are comparable to places like 7 – 11 or Safeway. +1 star for Mand being such a nice guy. I requested the 64 calorie Miller beer (yeah, I drink light beer) and he went ahead and ordered a couple racks for me. That’s good service!
I highly recommend you come here for your liquor and alcohol needs. Friendly people, good selection, decent prices.
