Good tasting baked goods. However I ordered a iced green tea and they gave me a cup with ice water and a green tea bag. The tea was not brewed in hot water prior to this. So in essence I just had ice water.

I tried their rice Krispy treat(4⁄5) which was pretty good and marshmallowy but disappointed in their breads. The green bean bread(2⁄5) was dry and had a strong strange egg yolk taste and not in a good way. The red bean bread(3⁄5) was at least soft but had way too much red bean paste that was much too sweet. It took me a while to eat because I had to keep picking out chunks of the red bean paste because otherwise I felt like I was eating it out of the can.

Great variety of pastries and bread. It is clean and with nice background music. Coffee is good, lady behind counter was helpful and courteous. I will be back! PS: please add raisins swirls to the morning breakfast pastry menu.

A truly blissful little coffee shop. It’s the sort of place that you always wish you can start by quitting the corporate rat-race! This is a Korean coffee shop. it’s loaded with quaint Korean bakery items that are delightful on the palate. Try the sweet bean donuts and get some bread to go. The birthday cakes look good too. They also serve hot breakfast sandwiches — egg, sausage and cheese etc. For lunch there’s fresh cold sandwiches with veggies and/or meats. Prices are all around $ 4 to $ 7. And then of course, they have coffee! This also might be one of the few places where smoking is allowed on the property(in the outside seating area) — it’s Asian, smoking + coffee/tea is a sacred ritual out there. I use this place for tutoring, reading, laptop work — it’s great coz its not too busy and you don’t have to fight for space or plugpoints like in a chain store.

I guess Java Town is kaput? Jin’s has the requisite baked goods and various caffeine drinks. Some really intricate pastries in some aspects. BUt i just needed cold, refreshing, caffeine. Green tea latte while sitting on the patio area was solid. It feels weirdly like youre on the porch in the south somewhere except for the fact that youre looking at a strip mall parking lot

Sometimes you have to just walk out of a place and be grateful you did see what you saw after you spent your money. All the baked goods on the center counter were uncovered and I really didn’t think anything because of the sneeze guard. As I looked closer I noticed fruit flies all over a few of the items so I told the clerk. She didn’t do anything. So I started looking at the package items. Meanwhile still nothing so I picked up a tray of baked goods and took it to the counter and said there are flies all over this. So the manager/possibly owner gives me a dirty look and waves the flies away with tongs and starts putting the stuff in service bags. REALLY!!! Gross! I wonder how all ratings are either a 1 or a 5. It must be family giving the 5’s

I am a frequent customer from a neighboring business. They have a $ 5 min per credit trans. The one time I want to use my card for less than $ 5 they reject me. I always stuck with this place so I can support a small shop and hang out outside, despite moldy sales to Co workers and mediocre coffee. I’m done.

Excellent pastries and tuna sandwiches; staff is always friendly; they’re open until 10PM, and always a chill crowd.

Thought I would check it out just passing on my way home one morning a couple weeks back. They remodeled and it’s nice to see how it turned out. I believe it was previously JavaTown. I decided to go for a plain croissant, I was eyeing the macaron box but I couldn’t justify eating them all by myself. Maybe next time. It wasn’t listed so I asked if they had soy and they do! I don’t usually go for sweet drinks but I thought I would try something new and ordered an iced soy white mocha. It was surprisingly not overwhelmingly sweet. I could still taste the espresso, it was well balanced. No issue with communication here. I enjoyed my croissant and coffee. Friendly staff, only seemed to be one person at that point in the morning, varied selection of pastries and breads. I will definitely be back.

Ordered an iced white mocha. Girl behind the counter seemed confused and needed several clarifications on my simple order. She finally got it and began to prepare it, when I see her steaming milk and pouring that hot milk into my iced drink. I say«woah, we ordered an iced drink!» She says, «I know, this milk is cold.» I let her know that I just saw her steaming milk(we are the only customers in here…). Then she calls for her boss who speaks more English and he assured me that the milk is cold. Long story short, they lied to me, and now I’m feeling sick for having hot milk poured over ice.

Java Town and Jin’s Bakery have combined and the site renovated. There is new hardwood flooring, a nice sound system and a wrap-around deck now. A wide assortment of Korean pastries for sale on display. The Croquettes, steamed buns, and sponge cake are nice. You can also get nice sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches there(the ‘Mother Earth’ sandwich is tasty). It’s all backed up with super-friendly service. Great spot to start your mornings off.

I had written a review for the previous location but was delighted to find that they had not moved far AND they turned into a full blown café with ample seating. I had the red bean bun and donut, they make all the pastries in the back so they were super fresh and good as ever. The coffee wasn’t bad either. I want to try more things but they have no labels on any of the baked goods so you can’t tell what they are. please fix this! Looking forward to returning.

A Korean style bakery, I think the owner is Korean. Their sweet potato cake is amazing! I didn’t try their other bakery items, I always go back for the cake only :) I have to try something else next time.

Their variety of iced espresso drinks are delicious. They are on the sweeter side but often less sweet comparable to Starbucks-that’s better for my taste. Their breakfast sandwiches are on croissants-delicious. Their freshly baked pastries are worth every dollar, a set of macaroon is $ 15-totally worth it! To use debit/credit there is a $ 5 minimum-keep that in mind.
